so here i am, walking in the mall right. we were just trying to get a phone fixed, because it was cracked and we were in a hurry. we see this phone cart near Forever 21& we think it must be good its called advanced electronics. the guy told us it was going to be a 100 dollars and that he could fix it. so we were thinking oh that is not too bad, lets go for it. he told us 40 minutes or so and got a number he could call when it was ready. WE WAITED 3 HOURS AND NEVER GOT A CALL. so i then decided to go ask him if the phone was ready and it was (he acted like it had been ready for hours like are you serious i gave you my number for a reason not so you could call me trying to go on a date) anyways.. we get the phone and notice a small black dot in the corner and a color change in the screen, almost a dull color. we immediately tell them and they go "ugh" and knew exactly what they did, but we just shook it off & they fixed it withing 5-10 minutes. we go home and notice the color is still dull and quality is bad, so we try restarting it & it is still bad & now is glitching horribly. we drive back to the mall AGAIN, & told them our problems and while we do this we notice the phone screen isnt even on all the way. the guy very rudely says its not his fault & he has to see it glitch before he can do anything to help us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. luckily the phone glitches right then and they told us we had a three month warranty on it and they can fix anything everything on it except for cracks on phones. so yanno the man rolls his eyes takes the phone and said it would take about 45 minutes. IT TOOK FIVE HOURS AND NOTHING WAS EVEN FIXED. and they wanted us to pay even more money. HA. we left& asked for a refund which we didnt get. never will i ever go there again. EVER. i HIGHLY DO NOT reccommend this place and would suggest Apple or literally any other place. God Bless you all and have a nice day.

I have several friends that had cell phones repaired .My friends told me not to go to these other shops because their parts are crapy and their service was terrible.I found out for my self when I visited these other repair shops their prices were high and some of the employees were rude .I took my g3 to Advance Cellular Repair in the mall and was greeted with very nice and proffesional people and my phone was fixed within a 30 minutes!!. I recommend Advanced as a level above to these other repair shops.

I shattered the screen to my iPhone 6. I could feel little pieces of glass everywhere when I touch anywhere on my screen. Luckily, this place has the best reviews for a reason. They ARE AWESOME!! Now my phone is like new again. Its like it never happened. I totally Recommended this place!!!!!!

Giving them one star was still to lenient. This place overcharges you to begin with, and my phone screen stopped responding after two months, They would not fix it because the month warranty had gone out. Horrible quality and bad customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

My experience with this location is really great. They always have my phone ready quickly. This is my 3rd time fixing a phone here and I have no complaints. Its also very convenient that they have a location in the mall where I work so I can always get fixed asap.
