I have had major issues with my brew phone since the day I bought it. I had paid $50 cash and $10 on my debit card I realized that I was only given a receipt for the $10 debit payment and no receipt for the $50 in cash I paid. Meaning I had no way to prove I purchased my phone. The new phone had so many issues from day one. A week and a half after buying the phone I was back in the store and the cashier was having to factory reset and do all kinds of stuff to the phone trying to get it to work properly. A few days later the phone was acting up even worse then before. I went ahead and factory reset and preformed the updates as she did on the store and continued to use the phone another week until it is acting up so bad I went back on the store at which time I explained it was still not working and she didnt give me all my receipts. The cashier working Karen was very rude said there was nothing she could do because I hadnt came in the next day and swore that she gave me my receipts but she will look to see if she could find away to print me another and then turned me away. Brand new phone that barely works and when it does its very aggravating. Ive been a boost costumer since 2006. For a short time of like the last 3 months I had switched to Verizon and when I went to this boost store and got this new phone I was switching back to boost who Ive always loyally used. Karen was rude sold me malfunction phone and refused to help me fix this issue. I wish I could find a phone number or away to contact her boss and corporate for that location.
