12/17/2015 Update: Ive had the new screen installed not even 2 weeks and already has 5 cracks in it. All small and stemming from around the earpiece. The 1st crack appeared the very first day that the phone was used again (about 3 days after getting screen fixed). I took it back in 5 days after the repair was made and they refused to acknowledge the screen may be faulty. Yhey said it looked to be a "pressure crack" because they could find no evidence of dropping (no scuffs or marks of any kind on the new screen). I added a tempered glass screen protector per their suggestion and still ended up with more cracks. They use cheap materials and then dont stand behind their warranty when a problem does come up. I had the phone 2 years without any screen issues, got the screen from Gadget MD and have 5 cracks in 12 days...all without dropping the phone. Terrible terrible terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. ORIGINAL POST 12/4/2015: Fareed hooked it up! Friendly and fast service, it was ready in 30 mins!

READ THIS!!! I dont recommend anybody to go here. At first i was happy tht i got my phone fixed it looked like new! But then i noticed tht i would have to be tapping my phone like 100 times to get it to spell something or simply just select something, i took it back. they replaced it, i didnt have to pay anything so tht was good after all tht i payed!!so they fixed it! Then the next day i noticed my screen was coming off from one side. I had work and school so i didnt take it immideatly but when i did all they did was put glue and they gave it to me like that!!! I should of just gotten a new phone with the money i payed these ppl! And i dropped my phone nd tht stupid glass protection tht u pay extra for!! Doesnt work!! Bad place to go just buy a new phone! Trust me!!

If I could give this place Zero stars I would in a heart beat!!! These people do not have a clue how to fix anything! I brought my galaxy S6 in there because the battery is over heating. Cool, asked them to replace the battery. They said sure for $80. I come back the next day and the paint is scratched off my phone and the glass is all scratched up. I looked passed that. At least my phone isnt over heating anymore, right??? WRONG!!! I sat down in the car and I heard a noise. Sure enough my phone said it is still over heating!!! I bring it back it there and he said, oh that is a chip messed up. That will be another $49! WHAT??? Why the hell didnt you call and tell me this when the phone was already taken a part?!?! I hope no one gives these crooks another pennie!!!

I had a iPhone 5 with a broken button it worked fine i had taped the button. Instead of using the insurance I got a upgrade. I wanted to get it fixed to give to my mother who is 76 and trying to learn smart phones so did want to pay almost 900 for a new iPhone to see if she could handle it. I called Apple they wanted 294 dollars to fix as it was out of warranty I was like forget it your just paying for a new refurbished phone. Talked to the people in the mall we go to they would not touch it saying it was to old. Happen to go to outback for dinner and spotted this shop 40 dollars left 1hr went and ate and was out the door new button working perfect. Great quality work very friendly great prices!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Gadget MD in Humble. Prior to allowing the tech to fix my iPhone 5S screen I pulled up a Groupon I saw for Gadget MD and asked if they honored the Groupon. I was told yes so I went ahead and purchased the Groupon. After purchasing the Groupon another tech, Jose, came and told me the groupon "just changed today from $85 to $89" and told me with tax I would need to pay an additional $11.92. Upon receiving my phone back I inquired as to why my screen now had a dark bluish-gray tint and Jose,the tech, told me I smelled like onions and that the dark screen is normal. My experience was really disappointing and I would encourage you to avoid this "business"

So they replaced my sons phones digitizer 2 months ago. Must have been some really cheap parts cause my boys phone had an otter case on it plus a screen pprotector and he dropped his phone on carpet! And the dam digitizer cracked. Brought it back to them and they said they only have a 1 month warranty on their parts. Never coming back to this place again. Then they said they could probably" give me a 15 dollar discount on another one. Stay away from this place. Cheap ass parts and no real warranty on their parts.

The number 1 rated rip off in Texas is what it should say this place is a joke I payed 384.90 for them to replace my front screen LCD and back screen well they replaced the front and back screen and did not replace the LCD and before I let them do the work I spoke with the girl working there and she assured me that every thing would be taking care of and if there was any problems I could bring it back within the 30 and they would correct anything I might have issues with if any arrose ...

Cant locate the page for the second location in humble. 19763 Hwy 59, Humble,TX 77338 next to Party City..... Do NOT take your phone/ tablet here to be repaired!!!!! The first repair the part they replaced broke before 30 days they wanted to charge me to fix it. Thats a no!!!! They fixed it... Now the front screen is popping off they bent the frame and now they want to charge me 89.00 to fix what they broke? ?????

Today we walked by and saw gadget M.D. and went inside to inquire the price. After a little haggling were able to get a very reasonable and fair price probably 40% off the normal price. The service was very quick only about 25 mins. the only weird part was they got me to do this review without telling me they wanted me to do a review all in all great experience people were nice with a fair price.

The smartest techs in town Period...!!! Thank You Gadget MD for being in Humble. These guys know what they are doing compared to the little Karts in the Mall. Gadget MD is very professional and knowledgeable & most importantly they dont break you wallet by over charging like these people in the mall do. I will surely be spreading the word about them in town.

The consult and process was very quick, I was in and out in 30 minutes! All of the associates were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable! They also had the best prices in town that I could find! I had my iPhone 6 repaired, but noticed they do all sorts of "gadgets". I HIGHLY recommend this place for repairs and I will definitely be coming back! :)
