This Verizon store manager is not customer focus. The sales reps have a goods heart and want to do the right thing for the customer but they cant because of their management policies. Management has forgotten that it is the customer that keep them in business. Therefore, if you want to purchase a phone do not buy it here or from from Verizon. Seven years ago I purchased a phone from Verizon and had problem with customer service. I moved over to AT&T and never had a problem. The reason for returning to Verizon was because of improvement in technology that I felt AT&T is about 2 years behind on their technology for 4G. I purchased a HTC Thunderbolt 4 G LTE. Please do not waste your money stick with the iphone a proven success. Even though AT&T is behind in technology customer service will make up the different and you will be much happier. This is a warning to those who want to do business with Verizon and especially this store. Thank you for allowing me to be of service to you because this will not happen at Verizon (my opinion).

Walked into the store and was greated by the store manager. He seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. I indicated I wanted to get my wife an iPhone 4S for Christmas. He explained the price and procedure and then told me that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the next shipment. He said, however, that he would put aside an iPhone 4S for me and give me a call when it arrived. I waited until December 19th (3 weeks) without hearing from him. I decided to call and see what the ETA was on the phone. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and told me that they didnt have any iPhone 4S and referred me to another store. Not sure where the disconnect was but he has definitely left me in a bind right before Christmas. While I hate to give poor reviews, this one is deserving in my book. If you tell someone you are going to do something ... do it!

I originally went in store to discuss problems with my bill. I had contacted customer service numerous times to get the matter resolved but never got an answer. So I decided to drop into this location hoping to get some answers. The staff was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable . They explained my bill fully and saved me additional $40 off my monthly bill by switching me to a better promotional plan I was unaware of. I was amazed when Mr.Will Godfrey the District manager called me to conduct a follow up to see if I had any questions or concerns about the service I received. I definitely will return to this location for all my service needs and would highly recommended the staff to my family and friends.

I was helped by Chuck. He was a very nice man, helped me through the whole process, although we did almost accidentally transfer some photos from my SD card to the new phone I believe. But he was nice enough to start over, and the entire process did not take very long at all. I did feel a little pressure on the accessories, but the fact that he opened up every box to give me a closer look, AND showed me that for just $10 more per month we can get unlimited data, he was much appreciated. Just next time, take your customer to the ratings page, then let them go on their way to write their honest review in their car without you there watching. Just a suggestion, otherwise, you were great. Thanks.

While I was at work, my phone was stolen. I was absolutely devastated because my phone had pictures of my children and phone numbers from friends in the military. When I went to the Verizon store, I was created by a sales representive named Chuck, and my experience with him were nothing less then outstanding. Chuck was able to get a new phone, but most importantly, he was able to regain all my previous contacts and pictures. I am extremly satisfied with the care I recived from verizon, and more importantly, from the sales representative named Chuck.

A few weeks ago I walked into the not really expecting much. I needed a phone that would have been able to keep up with me and my job. Chuck was great, listened to what I needed and suggested the perfect phone based on my specs. I need time to think about and he wasnt pushy. I came back 2 weeks later, he remembered me after a quick reminder and we were off and running getting me setup on my new phone. He also got me setup on the special that Verizon was running that day only on my phone too. Great guy, you have to go see him.

Need a new phone? Dont waste time online. Go to Verizon on BELTWAY 8. They are fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable about their products. Get questions answered immediately while being shown what to do. The personnel are are patient and helpful at all times, never in a hurry to get rid of you. This is especially important when dealing with older people, which I happen to be. Remember Verizon on BELTWAY 8 for the best phone experience.

This is a smaller store, but still has the phone you want. Like other stores they are slim on accessory offerings. The rep that you will be wanting to deal with is the one and only Mukesh. He is the man with the plan. Very knowledgeable and nice. All jokes aside, I feel he is truly one of the few honest salesmen out there. Unbelievable, I know. You wont regret your experience with this dude. And no he doesnt pay me for this review.

I love this store! The first time I visited Will Godfrey saw that I was going over my data plan every month for the last 6 month and suggested I move to a better plan so I dont keep getting charged the extra $15 per GB! I have always been to the Deer brook store and they have never told me this. They just kept taking my money. Thanks Will and I will Definitely refer my friends and family! My son also loves his new tablet!!

This is NOT an actual Verizon Wireless store. I have an iPhone and they did not know how to help me. They werent going to give me the full trade in value for my old iPhone. Thats when I found out that they are not a true Verizon Wireless store. I went to the store on 59 by the mall and received excellent service. Btw they fixed my old phone AND then gave me the full trade in value at the store on 59.

I went in for the RAZR Maxx made it clear when I walked in, the employee told me after pulling up my account that yes we could make this happen for about thirty minutes he yanked my chain. Then he tells me Ah no we dont have any I asked about other stores he said nobody has them our next shipment is on Thursday I ask will you get the Maxx he tells me he has no Idea! Garbage Service

Came into the store this Sunday to add an iphone to my plan. Rep said the store has to collect fees and taxes ($150) up front then the balance can be added to my next months bill. I told the rep i called customer service and was told if i ordered the phone everything would be billed to the following month. I am switching to Sprint on Monday after 15 years of service with Verizon.
