Went to switch a simple card and employee told me I would not lose any data. When he switched it I lost all my contacts and can not get them back. They had no resolution for me just said sry. This is horrible customer service.

This store is very unprofessional ! I went in for help and I was told that he didnt know how to help me that I needed to contact T-Mobile (WTF I thought I was in a T-Mobile store )
