I love it when I can enthusiastically recommend a business. On a recent trip to Florida, the glass cover over the lens on my smartphone camera got cracked. I looked in Google for choices. One place off Bissonnet in an office park claimed to be open 24 hours. A visit there on Saturday disproved that easily. Next, ER4GADGETS, a place with a high rating that Google said would be open today. But when I pulled up to the door...nothing. No sign up saying they were closed for the holiday weekend, no lights, no nothing. If they are actually good Ill never know. So I looked in Google again and found iFix And Repair, a little independent shop near the Nordstrom wing of The Galleria. The guy at the counter quoted me $39.95 and said it would be 30 minutes. Satisfied, I handed him my Galaxy Note 4 and prepared to write a nastygram to ER4GADGETS. But I didnt have time to do that. My phone was ready in just under 10 minutes. TEN. MINUTES. On a holiday weekend. At the biggest mall in Houston. Your mileage may vary, of course, and the 30 minute estimate was well within my expectations. But to hand me my phone back, whole, in just 10 minutes? You bet Im gonna crow about that! Go see these guys! Theyre inside The Galleria so theyre open the same hours as that mall. Dont waste your time anywhere else!

UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my iPhone 5 in to get it looked at. Once I returned home, I realized the technician forgot to put my bottom two screw in the phone. After returning to the store, the technician told me he couldnt find my screws. I told him that I felt this was VERY unprofessional so he "took a second look" in the back. He then came out with ONE of my screws and another screw from an iPhone 4 (which didnt match the color or even fit correctly). Now remember... he first told me he didnt have any matching screws available and now he comes back with ONE matching screw??? Now hes lied to my face. I then asked him if this was a chain or family owned company and also if they were searchable on Yelp and Google reviews. He replied with yes and then I told him he had one more chance to go in the back and get my other matching screw or I would file a complaint with the company in addition to giving them bad reviews online. After looking at me dumbfounded, he replied with no. So here we are with a horrible review. Not only are they over priced, they are rude. Before even attempting to "look" for my missing parts he made me step out of line and wait for him to help all 10 other customers waiting in line!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I had really bad and worst experience with this place and if there is less than a one star I will rate it... The guy whos working up there has no idea and no experience in fixing , but I am blaming the manger here for hiring a guy fixing phones with out having the right experience to be playing with customers phones ... Five month ago i went there to fix my iPhone 5s which the problem was charging plug and in the same time replace my screen (crack), and they suggestion to change the battery too they charged me 260$ next time the touch screen is so bad , I went back to them and next day come back for it, next day the phone shutdown completely I couldnt turn on, i went back again , next two days after I got it back, same problem still there touch future on the screen so hard and frustrated , I had to got back to the store and stay without a phone for another day and I had it back next day the speaker is not working and Ive last time I went back to the store to leave it there and turn back next day. After 3 days the screen popped out .. I didnt even want to see any of them at all... This place is big SCAM ,, carful

Service was great they are great guys, but they wont hesitate to take your money without knowing if the problem is solved or not. My IPhone 5 would not come on with or without a charger, so one of the guys offered to look at it for free and see if he could fix it hence the name I fix! After hours of waiting the phone did come on and I paid 97.43 with tax ok cool righ? Wrong! Got home and the phone crapped out on me again! So I go back the next day to tell them hey the problem still persists. The tech then examined my phone and noticed a bend and presumed I hade dropped it which made me feel untrustworthy. So they took my phone again for another time and it didnt work so they offered to refund my money but I first had to pay a 24.99 diagnostic fee, when the guy had clearly said he would not charge me to look at it! So now Im out of 29 bucks and still no phone and I just moved to Houston! I am now broke in a new city with no phone. Dont spend your money here just have insurance on your device and go through your provider. Less hassle and more appreciation for your dollar.

These guys rock! My iPhone 4s finally crapped out on me just a few weeks from expected delivery of a 6. It would no longer hold or even take a charge. I called a few stores that all closed before I could get there. I stopped at the Apple store on the way to iFix next to Nordstroms. The Apple "Geniuses" cleaned my port but couldnt get it to charge. I was told they could exchange it for a new one for $200.00. Didnt make sense for me because I only need a few more weeks of life from this phone. iFix was able to replace the battery and port for $97.41 (tax included) while I waited and had dinner a few stores away. Phone is charged back up and working fine. I found the guys that worked at this store friendly, techie types. They replaced the port for less than quoted over the phone for $49.99 vs. $75.00 (they said it might be cheaper if when they looked at the phone and came in). I hope I dont need these guys again but probably will. I wouldnt hesitate to use them or recommend them to a friend.

Repair time and customer attention is great. Quality of screens is sadly bad. I went to get my iphone6 cracked screen replaced and they told me it will take 20mins and it did which is quick service. However when it was turned on, the colors were off and very pale, the images were not as crisp. They tried to address the problem and make me happy by trying another screen but unfortunately the second screen still did not show colors well either and it was not a brightness issue. It seems that the LCD replacement screens they are using are bad quality and definitely not worth $100. Their customer service is great but still this doesnt change my disappointment having now a bad quality screen.

They replace an iphone 5s screen that start to come off the phone a month after and two bright lines ( one on each side) I went back 2 times to have it fix it and they came out with an idiot excuse, the guy said that the two lines are normal after some time and they apply glues to the screen to glue it back in place DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THAT COMPANY I bought a replacement screen on ebay for $19.00 with everything (camara, speaker) it was easy to replace In Youtube there are many videos in how to do it. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY WITH THOSE LIERS
