I went today experiencing a horrible place which it usually isnt.I went out my way to the other side of town to grab since more fish cause I read the fish I had did well in groups. Come to find they were moved n no one new where they where after 20 mins of looking I found them on my on. When asked to purchase them was told I couldnt cause owner wasnt there to tell them the price also while I was looking I found, fish obviously missed labeled, in different spots being sold for more than they are worth which is outrageous that no ones checking. Crazy thing is he owner seems to be the only one to have real knowledge on the fish. When not there he doesnt answer phone or bother with store. All I can say is PATRICK is letting his store fall off. This trip has been a bad experience leaving a very bad taste in my mouth will not being come back to this disgrace they call a pet store. I will take my business to better priced and maintained stores like XTREME FISH N PETS and AQUARIUM WAREHOUSE which are both about 10-15 mins down the road. Congrats on losing a customer.

Good animals. Bad and Rude manager/cashier. Poor customer service. Never recommending or going back. I was at this shop couple of weeks ago on September 13, 2017 at around 5 pm. Searching to buy a bearded dragon. When we came in, there were 3 staffs on board and only 2 customers inside. 2 staff were setting up the store and 1 manager/cashier of Chinese origin at the check out desk. When asked about the reptiles, the manager spent 15 minutes talking in Chinese to his friend on his cell phone and didnt care much to talk about his animals, the size they get, what they eat. etc. To my questions he responded by saying "I cant tell you much about animals, 8 hours wouldnt be enough to talk about them. You should do some research before buying a pet" I wish this manager did some research before getting a job at pets shop, so he would know how to treat customers and learn about his pet animals. Went to buy at Petco - little more money, but great service and helpful staff.

Really disappointed in their care of their reptiles in the back of the store. Around 15 red headed agamas are forced into a tub with only one small heat lamp. The lizards are fighting one another to get any heat at all. The heat lamp is suspended in the tank only 6-7 inches from the floor of the tub so the lizards can reach and touch the bulb. There were some laying in the tank unresponsive with eyes closed. The same was with the iguanas next to them. All the lizards are being housed in what appears to be some form of pellets used for rodents. They should not be kept on this at all...newspaper or paper towel would be better. The care of the animals in the front of the store was better and appeared healthy but I changed my mind on buying from this store about viewing the condition of the reptiles kept in the back of the store.

Bad experience twice and both times I have purchased sick fish never will come here again or give a third chance :( breaks my heart to see koi taken care of so poorly... update the fish died two days later due to dropsy bacteria infection from unclean pet store aquarium no refunds either.... same thing happened the first time I went to them. It I decided to give them a second chance nope my fish died that I got from them two days later. My tank is tested healthy and clean and the water from the fish bag they send them home with smelled so bad looked yellow no more business from me ever again Poor staff also impatient and rude.

First, and second time, just ok, third time, ruined it. I had called to see what time they closed, and realized if I hurried we should make it there. We got there right as the gate closed, the nice employee let us in.the I suppose owner or boss comes up to us to tell us to hurry, my six year old got sidetracked and the "boss" comes to me and said we needed to make a decision right now cause they close at 6 oclock not 6:05 and hes waiting for another customer besides us. wth, really..... Id rather be denied entrance, because of time, than have to deal with a rude employee,boss whatever.

So my Fish is Dying Im so sad Ive never lost a fish that fast but I knew there was something wrong with it from the moment I put in the tank while the other fish that I brought from another store are doing pretty well for that I will give the worst review for Fish-N-Pets Unlimited because of they way he grabbed the fish or his pizza hand besides if the smell of the store and the tanks I dont recommend this store at all my heart is broken.

Some of the fish tanks are really nice but the birds hamsters and every other animal their living conditions is terrible I saw many dead fish and there are some illegal animals they need to properly care for the animals and clean up the store the conditions of the birds is very sickening the staff are pretty okay

Lots of beautiful fish. Good selection of supplies. Small variety of reptiles (beautiful baby sulcatas), birds, spiders and pocket pets. I bought my frontosa there 8 years ago as a tiny baby. I just got these beautiful peacocks and the white and yellow mix

I have been inside and seems to be a nice store. They just took over an old bank. There is a huge mess outside in the back where I can see all kinds of tools and fences and old pet stuff. They need to clean it up, it makes the neighborhood ugly.

Everyone was friendly and I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. It was my 6yr olds first pet, he chose a red fish. The gentleman who helped us was very attentive to my sons need. Thank you so much. Ill definitely return.
