Good selection of high quality foods. Prefer the memorial location because a few times here the service was spotty. Some are really nice and helpful and then sometimes the others are not. Example, I asked if they sold crickets also. The response was, "Ya...but theyre in the back." As if it would trouble him to have to go do it. So I didnt buy any and he didnt offer. Same thing when a different time when I asked for a box to carry all the cat food cans out. The cashier kept shoving them in as if it was annoying him. I tried to make a joke at my expense to lighten the mood but he must have just been in a sour mood that day. Most times I dont mind, but when the wet cat food runs me about $130/month and the dry food is $70/month I expect slightly better service otherwise I can order online.

Good selection of items. I liked the groomers but for some reason my dog didnt like it. It may be because they let the little dogs and big dogs roam around together in the grooming area. I think my little dog got intimidated. Also, since we went there often, it would have been nice if the staff made an effort to get to know us or our dog.

This is my place for FROMM cat food. Im here as often my cat asked me to come. He only has appetite for gourmet cat food and natural shampoo. I occasionally checking out on adaptable pets. Okay. Okay. One cat is plenty. Thanks Carters Pet Depot for being conveniently located on Katy Freeway.

Mr. Carter and his staff are the best around. When my dog was sick and wouldnt eat, Mr. Carter was kind enough to give me samples of food to help her fund something she liked. They will have my business for life

Nice staff good quality products especially love the fact their chew toys and other animal snacks are all-natural. Groomers take care of my Aussie Shepherd and he gets time to spend socializing with other dogs.
