I worked directly with the owner to get my bike repaired. They replaced the chain tires and cables which I was happy about. The problem is I was told for 90$ I could get their TLC package which included the removal of ALL components for soaking and cleaning. When I picked up the bike it was obvious that nothing was removed from the handle bars. I asked the sales associate about then when I picked up the bike and was told any problems would be fixed. After a couple days I took the bike back because the shifter wasnt fixed and again spoke to the OWNER. I asked him why the handle bar components werent removed as promised and was told it was miscommunication with his bike mechanic and he basically sprayed some cleaner on the shifter and said here you go. I will not be using this shop again and I advise you to make sure you get your repairs in writing..

Just bought my bike and put the first 4 miles on it right after getting home. I can simply say this. The service I received during my entire purchase experience was top notch. I will be a customer for a very long time. The mods I wanted for the bike were not just sold to me. They put them on right there for no additional charge. Plus, it only took about 10 minutes. After I checked out, they helped me get everything to my truck and said goodbye with a smile and wave. THIS is customer service. THIS is how you run a business. In fact, because of my experience today, I am going back tomorrow to buy a new bike for my wife. I dont doubt that my experience tomorrow will match or exceed that of today. UPDATE: It did. Seriously, why buy from some online crap shack when you can buy from a local company full of guys (and gals) that know their craft?

As I well-established bike shop in the area, these guys have been around since I was just a kid. I remember going in to buy little things now and again and the service was always impeccable. Now at their new location theyve done nothing but improve. Friendly service awaits you as soon as you need it and not a moment before. The prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable with a passion for bicycles thats lacking in other bike shops. Next time I need anything bicycle related, I wont settle for less than returning to this awesome store.

Just got off the phone with one of the employees at this "Bicycle" shop. I explained that my daughter has special needs and we were looking for a bike for her. The employee placed me on hold and asked the owner for his opinion. The employee got back on the phone and stated that the owner said "For those people"....Those people? Really? What the hell?!?!?!?! Needless to say we will never do business with these jokers (or recommend them to any of our friends).

A frriend of mine gave me a fixie singlespeed that he wasnt using to ride with. Had no idea there was a difference in high pressure tires and the stems to pump air into. The guys were at the shop were very helpful in sorting me out with an adaptor and a new tube for the front tire. Great service very friendly staff. Thanks again.
