Horrible customer service. I would give 0 star if I have that option I bough my first road bike here, and they sold me a woman bike without even telling me. I bough it around 10 months ago and only put 137 miles on it based on my garmin edge 500. Currently I joined group ride and found out that was a woman bike. I went back and wanted to returned it to get store credit for it. I will use that credit to buy new bike later when I find the one I like. Sun and ski states "We want you to live and love your gear like we love ours. If for any reason up to 1 year from date of purchase youre not absolutely satisfied with your purchase were there for you. Well gladly help you find something you will love or well give you store credit that you can hold onto and use whenever you want". It stated clearly that I would be able to get the store credit and use whenever I want. The guy at sun and skii in Arlington did not allow me to return it. He only allowed me to return if I buy a bike new bike. What was that? I pointed out the website to him, and he said " I know exactly what it is, BUT..." blablabla. All they wanted was just to sell their stuff. Well, get rid of inventory is good, but you should remember that happy customers will keep the business running. If this can not be resolved,this is the last time I will ever walk to any sun and ski store. Ps: with 137 miles, I had to bring the bike back 3 times to adjust it. It always makes weird noise at the rear derailleur whenever I ride it. Fyi, you can ask your staff or read the record about that, dont just read the sale receipt in the system about what I bought and tell me that I have never brought back the bike to get repaired.

On the phone they did a great job of holding a BMX bike for my kid. It was a few days before I had time to get to store for purchase and was afraid to loose bike since it was the last one available. They put it together and had it aside for me when I picked it up. That was great, but, I was disappointed to find that it was like shopping a a big box store. The bicycle was firm but I had to make some adjustments back at home. When there, I did ask to reposition a brake pad because it was going to press on tire rather than rim but service guy there played dumb and supposedly repositioned. I knew right then that this is not a professional bike shop. For the money that these bikes run it is nice when these bikes are safety checked and adjusted to customer needs. Anyways, 3 stars just for the hold if any.

This review is for the bike shop only--this is the only place I trust my high end road bike to. The mechanics who work here and they have always been helpful and are quite knowledgeable. I would ignore other caviling reviews, the staff here is always friendly; Dustin and Merit are pretty cool guys. They are usually very fast, but I have had some instances in the past when someone forgets to call me to tell me my bike is ready and as a result spends too much time in the shop which is why I knocked down one star. I usually dont review many things, but I truly feel right at home when I bring my stuff here. I do wish they had a bigger selection of bike accessories though, as options for things like bar tape, groupset components, pedals and saddles are very limited.

I came in today to get a new tire for my bike. The tire-maintenance employee in the back of the store was extremely unhelpful. He was very inexperienced, lacking even the most basic of bicycle knowledge. When we asked him which tire would be best, he just sort of shrugged saying he wasnt exactly sure what would fit on my bike. Just to get THAT answer was a hassle in itself. Even though i was willing to pay for the labor to put on the tire ,they said they didnt have time. Even after i purchase a tire and tube. Im very close to just returning the tire and tube because i cant put it on!!! Thank for your help Sun and Ski!!

I purchased my Fuji Norcom Tri bike from the Arlington location. I have a few other Tri, Road, and Mountain bikes as well. I get regular tune ups and only take my bikes to this location for maintenance. I always ask for Dustin. Dustin is outstanding, helpful, knowledgeable and he keeps my Tri-bikes in tip-top race form. He always offers ideas on how to make me and my bike faster. Sun&Ski Sports is lucky to have him.

Terrible customers service especially the guy billing the bikes... Who he things he is??? I wanted to ask him a question and he told me " NO" before i even asked anything, thinking he was being funny but was not funny to me it all!!! Know that i see the comments i see that im not the only one that had bad experience. Not worth going in there for actitud like that...

The mechanics here are Very knowledgable about bikes. It is always a great experience when i bring my bike in and the work they have done has always been phenomenal. I always attain a bit more Cycling knowlege every time i stop by. The entire staff is very friendly and punctual, always a pleasurable visit.

Just had a great experience there, I went in only needing a needle for a bike pump. The stores manager helped me so much when he knew that he wasnt even going to make a big sale. Great staff! He even suggested something that I could do for free and it actually worked.
