Sorry if this is long winded, but I feel I must profess my love for this joint after some other dudes have tried to run these two upstanding members of my community through the mud. I searched high and low for a good bike to replace my old 84 Schwinn, and I was also interested in giving singlespeed a try. I stopped by Bullseye since I had bought some brake pads from them before and they seemed nice and reasonable. They also carry Jamis bikes, which I had heard plenty of great stuff about online. I mostly dealt with Kevin, who was very laid-back and friendly and showed me all the types of bikes and what they were designed for. I didnt buy that particular day but felt I would eventually buy here, since the other shops in town seemed a bit snooty. The next day, I found a craigslist posting from Bullseye saying that they were having a sale. I headed back and took a closer look. The other guy (Aaron, I think?) helped me out at first since Kevin was helping another customer. He answered all of my questions including a fairly silly one about the possibility of adding a derailleur to the Jamis Beatnik singlespeed frame. He said it wasnt possible, but if the need ever arose I could install a internally geared hub. I probably wont be doing so, but I wouldnt have known that had it not been for him! I ended up purchasing the Beatnik on June 10th. It wasnt on sale, but I feel that the service I received from these guys was well worth paying extra. Dont listen to the people who were obviously trying to create drama. These guys will take care of you.

Kevin and Dale are the best! The level of customer service at Bullseye Bikes surpassed my every expectation! I had been searching the Tennessee - I live in Knoxville - and North Carolina regions for a particular Jamis model without success. I was in Denton for a few days to visit family, and I decided to check out the local Jamis dealer. The guys at the shop didnt have the right model in stock, but they were very familiar with it and were able to size me up quite accurately. Kevin (the owner) found the only model on the east coast and arranged for it to be shipped to my home in Tennessee. Additionally, he cut a nice chunk off the MSRP. I was incredibly appreciative of how willing the guys at Bullseye were to go out of their way to help me. I wasnt a regular or even a local; I was a total stranger, and Kevin and Dale did everything they could to make sure I got the right bike at the right price. How I wish this shop was located in my hometown. Never have I been so pleased with a bike shop experience. If you are lucky enough to live in the Denton area, this should be your bike shop. Dont even think twice about giving them your business, because they certainly wont hesitate to provide fantastic service for you and your bike. Thank you, Kevin and Dale! You guys made my day!

First time I went in was to buy new wheels (some guy on a ride tacod my rear one), they took both wheels which had 2 week old white wall tires+ tubes I bought from them but didnt offer any trade value on tires/tubes/good wheel. Second time I bought a single gear and after installing it, noticed that the wheel wasnt spinning true, like the bearing was mishapen. Took it back and Kevin told me in a very condescending tone I had no idea what I was talking about and that my wheel was the problem. Of course after he examined it discovered I was right; gave me a new gear but no apology. Third time went to pick up my bike from getting a tube up. After watching Marty and Kevin hit on 2 jailbait teenyboppers for 10 minutes, finally got some service and wasnt satisfied with the job done. Proceeded to get barraged again for "not knowing what Im talking about" and eventually kicked from the store. Dont see the shop lasting beyond 2 or 3 years.

I am a student at UNT and proud owner of a high-end Raleigh road bike. Someone cut my lock and stole my bike from campus a few months ago. I reported it as stolen to the police and left my name and phone number at Bullseye with the bikes serial number. I though the chances of finding it werent great but it was worth a shot. The guys at Bullseye went above and beyond in their efforts to return my bike to me. I would like to especially thank Will for all he did to help. I was incredibly blessed when someone brought the bike in claiming to have just found it and hoping to return it to the original owner. Kevin and Will are both great guys. They were cool and professional and assured me they would always be happy to help if I ever needed them. Bullseye has earned a new customer for life and they already hooked me up with the first thing I would need to protect my recovered bike-a really good lock!

I have this old Giant that was in desperate need of some maintenance and care. I got word that Bullseye opened in the former Bike-O-Rama place, so I went down to see what they could do for me. Right off the bat, I knew I was going to be happy to support this business because of the way that Chris made me feel - like he actually cared that I get what I need within my budget, like explaining the differences between certain parts, functions, etc. This was a bit of a project, as several parts has to be replaced, and some ordered. Every step of the way they called me and respectfully helped me weigh my options and in the end I got a practically brand-new bike at a great price. Not only great service, but all-around cool people...definitely my shop of choice now in Denton. Also, a great resource for parts and just general bike talk...go pay them a visit!

Really nice guys I like the mechanic one the best havent talked to the owners much but he totally gave me the time of day to a clueless guy that needed new tires. (me) I had credit card in hand ready to go for some tires that I was wanting to special order from them but he cared more about if they would work for me and my bike vs going strait for my wallet like every other resale establishment. They might be young but sure seem to know there stuff and treat you with respect even if you dont know anything about bikes. Props to the mechanic give that guy a raise!

At first, I didnt like coming in the store ignored but when I complained, Marty did a great job trying to make me feel better. He looked at my bike for free to let me know if anything was wrong with it and tweeked it a little bit. I appreciate you Marty for making an effort to give a better impression of customer service and you have. I will go there again when I need a bike adjustment. He was very nice to do that for me for free and I appreciate his customer service. Thanks again for that!!
