If I could get the news Involved with this racial profiling I would I went to this target to buy some clothes for my Bahamas trip about 3 weeks ago just to make it brief I have been writing checks at target for years and I was checked out by Michelle on lane 18 and presented to her a check and this was unbelievable.... I was actually told I needed to bring proof of address because my address was different from what was on my identification in which I just moved days before and didnt have time to update everything so two managers came over not one and looked at my check and was told my check didnt look right and asked him what does that mean "look right " I immediately I felt like I was racially profiled and the cashier Michelle knew it was wrong because she gotten very quiet...and I told her If I was white this would have never happened at all I been a long time target guest for years and never had any issues writing a check !

I am giving this a three because thats the average. The Indian lady at the customer service desk is despicable. She is the rudest lady ever. She throws anything you need to return down on the ground. She is mean and nasty and quite lazy. One time I needed to redeem $8 of cartwheel coupons I forgot to use and tried to tell me she couldnt do it and that she would have to return everything ($300 worth of stuff) and re-ring everything up which then wouldve charged my debit card again. I went to another target and they did it in about 2 minutes. However, this is my favorite target as far as cleanliness goes. I absolutely love it!

I have been shopping at Target, I am sure since it opened, for over 30 years . I have lived all over DFW. There is a woman manager at this Target who is the best I have ever seen. She is the epitome of the customer is always right. The last woman who was checking me out was training a young man and also was superb. I love to go through the Sunday paper and get coupons she treated me like I was brilliant. The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 is there are a few cashiers not as kind, but all employees cant be perfect just ask to bring over the woman manager !!!

I usually love target but this particular locations customer service is incomparable to that of even wal mart. Not friendly or at all willing to try to help with questions about products I had. They had no desire nor inclination to even pretend to want to help. It was really weird since I have yet to have a bad experience at target. Will never go to this target again, and kind of question shopping at any other target in fear of having a repeat experience.

The new design of the store is horrible, unattractive and now looks more like a Walmart. It looks very cheap. You cant see past the front racks of clothing that are now front and center and why in the world would you have bras and underwear at the front door? Terrible terrible idea, whoever thought this design was good should have their head examined. The one good thing is Ill save a lot of money as I will not be shopping at Target again.

If youre shopping with a baby or toddler strapped in your cart and need to use a fitting room you cant... unless you want to lay your baby on the floor while trying on items or leave them outside of the fitting room unattended in the cart, obviously neither okay. Target has no problem with men in their womens restrooms but isnt okay with a cart holding a baby going in the fitting room with mom. Makes total sense.

They never have enough check out lines open. My family and I went grocery shopping this past Thursday night (3/9/17) at Target. We finished our shopping, and got to the check out lines at 8:00pm. There wasnt even one check out line open. Only self check outs were operating. We couldnt find a manager anywhere, and I wasnt even going to consider self check out for so many groceries. There is no excuse for that.

This Super Target is located at the Village at Allen. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. This store has a Starbucks and a food counter selling Pizza Hut items, hot dogs and sodas. Fruits and vegetables are also sold here, but the choice is limited. If you can, use their Red card to get 5% off. Also, you can download the cartwheel app to get additional savings.

Decided to get my two cents worth in since the little girl at the counter did not give me my two cents worth back. Extremely rude little girl. After I asked her her name she asked me if I wanted her date of both too. She was working the snack bar. Twice she said do you really want your two cents back. I guess these days her lack of respect should not surprise me.

Very nice Target located off of Hwy 75/North Central Expressway in Allen. There are tons of stores in the area as well as restaurants. The Target had everything we were looking for plus the usual Target lovelies that always make me spend all my $!! The store was clean and well maintained and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

This location is fairly clean and the employees are mostly friendly but the lines are always super long and while they may have 7 or 8 registers will be open, they are rarely the 10 items or less register. When you are running in there to pick up just a few items, it really sucks to have to wait behind 3 carts of grocery shoppers.

I was very impressed with exceptional customer service we received when returning/exchanging items from our baby registry. We had a ton of duplicates & outfits that were the wrong size to return & the lady at customer service was very friendly & helpful. Overall we were very pleased with our shopping experience.

This Target supermart is conveniently located near hotels such as Courtyard Dallas/Plano Richardson and near places for grub such as Rudys. It also has a wide variety of goods ranging from consumables to vacuum cleaners and other household appliances. Toilets here are also very clean. 10/10

Customer service reps dont know their own policy regarding baby registry items. I ended up getting ripped off a few dollars and unfortunately their company doesnt care to fix one girls lazy mistake. See another target if you need real registry help, .

Stopped in to pick something up on the way to a friends house, and decided to get our flu shot. Greeted immediately, and the staff at the pharmacy were super nice! Got our shots and were out of there in no time! Very convenient!

Their transgender bathroom policy that they forced on everyone endangers my kids! I refuse to shop here until they get rid of their libtard policy. Their policy to get rid of gender for boys and girls is also insulting!

This location is always clean and well stocked and seems to have items that other locations are either out of or dont carry. Just wish the customer service at this particular location wasnt so hit or miss.
