My husband and I were in this store about two months ago because we were considering switching from Verizon to ATT, at the time we owed 199.89 on each phone that we had through Verizon. Our sales rep was Zach, he assured us that if we switch that ATT would send us two gift cards equally the total amount that was owed so we could walk in and pay off Verizon. He made it very clear we would receive these cards within 14 business days. over a month later we had still l yet to receive anything but a bill from you, when I called customer service they directed to me in charge of the switch program? Anyway that is when I was told that nothing had been received on their end in order to get that process rolling, and even when they did receive it it would take a minimum of 6 weeks to send out the cards! SIX WEEKS!! We ended up paying out of pocket the 400.00 to Verizon and went back to the store on Abrams, we went through this whole process again and AGAIN Zach confirmed it had been sent off and we would be issued our cards. I got a letter in the mail on Monday stating the process was denied, so we are out 400.00 we were promised that we would not be responsible for. THE ONLY REASON WE SWITCHED CARRIERS WAS BECAUSE OF THAT PROMISE. We did not have the extra 400.00 to spend and yet we still have not received a dime from them, JUST TWO BILLS This is a ridiculous system and I need to let everyone know My husband and I were scammed by ATT and it needs to be fixed immediately I have called the store 6 times in two days and emailed not one time has the phone been answered and I still have not received an email. What a joke

Utter joke. Not a single "hi", "hello", or "be right with you" for over 45 minutes while serving one other single customer in the store. Salesperson (tall young guy with cowboys shirt) kept rubbing and picking his nose with bare hands (use a napkin) while he looked like had a cold. While looking up issues on my phone, he was constantly texting and giggling on his own phone. Solved half of the problems with phone and plan. Rocio (Salesperson) was on the other hand very helpful and smiling.

I was sold a phone with additional fees and not at the right price, as reflected on my bill, when I went in, they said only a manager can fix it and that the young woman who sold me the phone had quit...so clearly there was a intentional upsell. Ive been to the store 3 times within the week on my way home and no manager has ever been there, after calling the store on the weekend it turns out a they havent had a manager in weeks!!!!! The problem is still ongoing.

I only gave this place 1 star because I couldnt give it zero. Do not shop here. They only guarantee products 3 days after purchase--what kind of company has that kind of a policy on electronic devices? In short, this is a store that sells AT & T products, but lacks AT & T service and commitment to what they sell. My car phone charger stopped working three weeks after purchase, and I was told to buy a new one because "it worked when I left the store."

Didnt want to go in always a bad experience at any of these retailers but today I was shocked. I took a friend so she could as the important questions, went at noon today and we had the best customer service ever. I was shocked, immediate assistance and the employee in store was a great multi-tasker and very helpful to everyone that walked in the door while he still was answering my questions. I will most definitely be going back probably today!

Took over an hour. They didnt provide paperwork, and the account did not work the way that they explained to me that it would. I asked for paperwork, they said I didnt need it. Update: the price they told me in the store was off by about 50% from what showed up on my bill. I wouldnt trust them if I were you. The billing from at&t didnt even resemble the conversation we had, and cost me another hour on the phone. Go anywhere else.

Great experience Ashley was amazing! She switched me from sprint to att in a few hours! Amazing customer service from her. Her manger "Dennis" or whatever. Was rude and a liar. He said he would ship my phones overnight to my family in Oklahoma. When I came in the day of to signs everything and activate my lines. He acted like he never did that. And he didnt want to ship my phones. He was a horrible people person.

I walked in upset and walked out incredibly happy! Jeremy took so much time out to make sure that I was happy before I left that store. The customer service was exceptional. I have been an AT&T customer for bout 3 yrs now and this was the BEST service Ive received from them, and Ive gotten some great reps. I will refer everyone I know to go visit them.

This store is exceptional! Truly! They dont treat you like a number but actually care about people and helping. If AT&T could use this as a model store they would be doing good! Jeremy helped me I cannot say enough about him. Lets just say he deserves a raise for they way he treats his customers....Its truly exceptional!

WORST experience I have ever had at an AT&T store! Ive spent over an hour trying to get things straighten out! If I could give them no stars I would! The guys dont know what they are doing! Charged me for my phone and then also put it on my bill, almost got charged twice!

Great customer service. I walked in and was greeted. I told the young man want I wanted. Not only did he give me options but was very knowledgeable about the products. He even stayed an hour after his shift to make sure I was taken care of.
