The old associates are very helpful. I have a question and they do their best to help me locate what I need. If an item is out of stock or they dont carry EVERY time I am asked if I will like it order and delivered to my house or the store which is convenient for me, free shipping over $35. Its not busy in the morning and mid day, but when it does get busy wait to be helped 10 minutes at the most. They explain things in detail in the appliances, jewerly and in tools if you have any questions and they are always more than happy to help. Some cashiers are rude and are on their phones so I just go to another register, I try to avoid the teenagers associates since they dont know much and go to those who look like they have experience. The managers and leads are very polite and always try to help me with any problems that arrise. Keep in mind they have a 30 day policy that they honor and they go above and beyond to help. I love shopping here.

I received a Sears ad. They advertise a Hoover Wind Tunnel vacuum for 50% off, $64.96. I went to the Richardson location & talk to the salesman about purchasing the vacuum cleaner. He told me that only applies at the Sears Outlet store. Besides that they dont carry that specific model #10339. He said the nearest location is in Frisco. Well Im not going to drive up there only to get the around again. Of course, they try to sell you a similar model while your there & guess what??? Its NOT on sale. This seems to happen to me a lot, not just at Sears, but at other stores as well. Or theyre all sold out, NO RAIN CHECK!!! 100% of the time, I just walk out of the store & dont buy anything.

Their selection of appliances and other electronics is really outstanding, and their pricing and payment plans are really attractive. I bought my washer and dryer from here, and during the transaction I found out that they need a few weeks to be delivered since they didnt have any in stock, so their manager upgraded me to the better washer and dryer (same brand though) at no extra cost with one week delivery. Wow! Now that is what I call customer service! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Luis and Jeff customer service, in home applicances/electronics area, were awesome. They help me with the purchase of Samsung Washer/Dryer and Samsung 60" HDTV and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Delivery guys were good and taught me with the Washer/Dryer setup process (which I understood 70%) in case if I re-locate. Overall, I am satisfied. My only concern was I wish delivery guys help me setup big TV.

My cashier was Angel. Angel was very nice and respectful in my transaction. It took one minute in order to finish one check-out. I am very happy in the fact that Sears would hire a kind and positive-attitude young woman. I believe that these cashiers only get paid minimum wage, but Angel went so far and beyond that she should get an immediate raise.

To make this brief, I walked in to look for a certain brand of clothes to buy. They didnt have what I was looking for. I passed by one of the employees. I made a friendly gesture as if to say "hello" and he just glared at me. Okay, sorry to bother ya--no problem Ill just look around and be on my way.

We bought the Refrigerator, Washer and drier (all Kenmore brand ) on 1999. Still all are running in good condition. Just Once we repaired the Refrigerator at Sears. Otherwise all are good. There is no other place like SEARS. Best wishes.

I recommend this place, but THEY EVER ANSWER THE PHONES!!!! I CALLED ABOUT 5 TIMES ONE DAY AND 10 TIMES ANOTHER, ALL I GET IS RINGS AND THEN IT HANGS UP BY ITSELF!!!

Terrible! The guy cashier with glasses was rude and impatient with my brother when signing him up. It was so uncalled for. Neither did he thank us for shopping there.
