I go to whole foods expecting to have a larger selection of high quality foods than I could find at the traditional grocer. This store gets only one star because it fails that premise. I could go to the Tom Thumb which is closer to me and find the same amount of organics, but at a better price. This is a convenience store, not a full sized grocer. I feel sorry for all the new residents in the area nearby bc they could have had everything they need right there. Im certain that tho they may have moved to the area expecting to be able to walk to the grocery store - good luck finding a decent selection of anything. Theres only one kind of most things, even when there usually is 20 different brands (theres like 2 brands of white bread). I only stop by here after work if I need something specific that I know they have. Their meats, breads, bacon, fruits and veggies are all basically chosen for you because of the lack of variety here - so I buy those major parts of my pantry elsewhere always. How could such a huge complex of nice new multi million dollar housing and business buildings be accompanied by an inadequately sized - overpriced grocery store? Probably the city planners faults... Greed reigns

While Im happy there is a WF closer to my home in the Firewheel area, I am disappointed in their quality and will still travel to Plano or Northpark for fresher produce selections. The salad bar in Plano has the best selections and is almost all organic. So healthly and fresh. Ive been to the Renner store many times and have seen so much produce past its prime. Makes me wonder why such a huge difference between locations. Also, they only have a fraction of the products offered here than at their larger stores. Not sure why they havent put in a larger store near the Firewheel area as there are many families from Rowlett, Garland, Sachse, Wylie, and Murphy that would shop there. Take notice WholeFoods!

Disappointed in selection and quantity of items. This store is geared towards singles not families. While the immediate area is largely single hipster IT workers, I wish whole foods had researched it better and realized this store is also servicing families from Collin/Rockwall counties that like whole foods but dont like driving all the way into downtown Dallas. This store should be labeled whole foods express or whole foods neighborhood store as its closer to a convenience store than the experience you get at other locations. However it is very nice and the staff is great as you would expect. I would shop here a lot more if I could get the same things I could at other whole foods locations.

If youve been to whole foods before. I can only imagine that you are accustomed to excellent service friendly helpful employees right??? Well expect more of the same. I visited this location on a Thursday to give my wife and break from cooking and my teens wanted pizza. Not to sound disappointed. About the quality of service. I wouldnt have had things go any other way. My wife and I visited the cheese counter where a very sweet lady helped us pick out an excellent cheese. And never hesitated to little us sample anything. Bravo!! "Whole Foods" for hiring great people again. Your friend Mean 2-U

I love Whole Foods. The prices are high but you know that going in and you get what you pay for; unique products, great selection, clean and well laid out and a friendly helpful staff. I always find great things here I cant find elsewhere. I look for any excuse to shop here and I love how Im treated. They also have a little cafe area where you can order great food and drinks. The only negative is that the restrooms are upstairs but they are always nice and clean and you can take the elevator if desired. Overall, highly recommended!

Im sorry to say we can no longer shop at Whole Foods. I loved the store and the staff are amazing but the prices have gone up contrary to the fact that we heard the prices would be lower. Weve been shopping at Whole Foods for almost two years due to my cancer diet needing organic vegetables and certain other products are it saddens me to see prices marked "on special" when they are actually far more expensive as before. Other stores have the same items for much less.

Forgot my wallet that I thought I left in my car so I left my lunch purchase with Brenda at the front customer service area. I looked in my car and realized my wallet was actually back at work. I called in to be courteous and let Brenda know I would be a bit longer and she offered to BUY my lunch for me. I took her up on the offer and she waited outside to give it to me. single best customer service experience to date. Brenda is awesome. Thanks so much :)

Very clean and organized compared to Sprouts. However, I purchased some grapes that looked perfect by appearance but were mushy when I ate them. They didnt taste fresh as they would have if I purchased them at a Central Market which is my preferred place to go for fruit and vegetables. Im giving 3 stars because Im going to call it a midgrade store of its kind. Sprouts is the lower and Central Market is the classier of the 3.

We needed a leg of lamb on a Sunday for a recipe we were doing on the grill. We were having lunch nearby so we thought we would take a chance and see if they had what we needed. I thought the butcher shop was very minimal at this small store but were surprised to find they had what we needed. The butcher bones and butterflied the meat, just as we had requested. This saved us a trip to Central Market, thanks!

It is a middle size Whole Foods store. So do not expect to find everything that you can see at bigger ones. However, staff is very very helpful. They go out of their way to help you. I like this size of store because i tend to get overwhelmed with too many choices. I am happy that it opened.it is conveniently close to my kids school so as soon as i drop them i come here for weekly grocery shopping.

I go to eat there every day, because I work in Richardson and I eat organic. The food selection sucks big time! Always the same crap! They never change the menu! They only have taco meat if you want something close to steak! They really suck! They should go to the one in Addison and learn from them, or the one in Plano, and whoever is in the kitchen deciding what to cook, needs to get fired!

Double check your receipts! This WF is known to overcharge their customers bc their sale prices are not updated in the system. I visit daily and it happens at least twice a week (whether its produce or dry goods). Also, their hot bar food (not the salad bar) is horrendous. 1 out of 7 x its okay. And their menu never changes it seems. Anyway, first world problems. -jc
