I went in at 11:30 to swap out a phone and get everthing transferred simple right. No by 2:30 I was done but charged me a re stocking fee ok fine but I did not bring any funds with me thought it was a easy thing. Do I called art on line made the payment over the phone because I did not have a phyisucsl card on me to cover the fee that was not good enough so my Rep said lets get them to put a note on your account to waive the fee. Ok we did that. Now the store manager not only would not come out to talk to me but told my rep I needed to pay it in the store no matter what ok now Im mad. So he held my cart open for 24 hours I called into art told them all if this and files a formal complaint. What a jerk

I am about to make my 5th trip over to this store in an attempt to switch an account from Hawk to ATT prepaid. I fould out on one of my trips that no one can help me except the sales person who originally took my information because they do not share account information with one another in this early process. Im not sure I want to be part of an organization that has this big of a problem with commission stealing between associates. What does it say about how my account will be handled when I have an issue in the future? It seems the sales end is managed more to benefit the associates than to benefit the customer.

I live in Waxahachie tx at pinto dr. At&t has not only the slowest Internet I have ever had in my life but it gets so bad my TV service through them skips frames. The only reason I stay with at&t is because they have a monopoly on my housing district but other than that its expensive and really slow.. oh and costumer service is like talking to a brick wall. All they do is repeat how you can fix it online at the website.

I approached the front door of this location only to have an employee block the door and say "no dogs allowed" despite the fact that mine is a service dog and the employee violated the my rights and the law. I will now drive to Desoto for any business I need to do with AT&T. Clearly the employees at this location need training on the laws pertaining to the ADA...

Unable to schedule appointments after 5:30pm though open till 8pm?? Associates dont know their products or services in depth. No technical support for even general questions. Expect the same knowledge that a big box store would provide. I.e. Yes we have this or that in stock, you can find it over here. Would you like to purchase one today?

I received new phones in the mail that were defective (Samsung Solstice IIs, both mine and my husbands kept powering off by themselves). Everyone there was friendly and pleasant, I was helped immediately by Chris, who exchanged the phones and solved all my problems! This is the Waxahachie Crossing location, not the store in the 500 block.

Worst customer service experience in my 20 years of being an AT&T customer. It was so bad we finally walked out and saw the manager, Gabe, high-fiving another employee at how rudely he treated us. Done with AT&T. Will never be treated that way by a company we pay a ridiculous amount of money to monthly.

Wasted a half day for nothing. Too many employees and no support when in the store. And all the other non helpful employees would laugh and snicker at the guy helping me everytime he left the room. His name was JT. I am sure there is some workplace harrassment going on in this store.

Clarence at the waxahachie location was very professional and curtious to me. I came in for one item and bought another. Great service. Thank you AT&T for good employees..
