The employees like to laugh at you when youre frustrated about a 3rd tablet being charged to my bill when we only ordered 2. Then they put a passcode on my account which i did not want. Had to jump through hoops to get passcode. 1st bill with activation fees was supposed to be $500, well its $630 because of fees i was not informed about. Theyre crooked, beware. Order online. The employees today lied and said there was nothing they could do that i would have to call customer service. After 1 1/2 hrs on phone find out it can only be corrected in the store. Useless liars. Oh Ill be back tomorrow! !!!! It is 2mon later and i have to call every month to have our bill corrected, they keep trying to charge us for a 3rd tablet and then some. Neither the store or atnt customer service can correct what the people in the store screwed up. This is a new kind of stupid i have never experienced!!! DO NOT GO HERE, ORDER ONLINE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A NEVER ENDING PAIN IN YOUR WAZOO
