I normally shop here all the time I doubt I ever will. The customer service is horrible, the management is incompetent. I bought and item and later decided that I didnt want it anymore I decided to return the item. At the original transaction, I purchased the item with my debit card. When i tried returning the item back I was told that I could not get cash. I was trying to avoid the 7-10 business days before the amount would be credited back to my account. I later called Jc penny and was told that I could get cash instead of the electronic refund. I asked for the return to be voided and to get cash instead, the management refused and went on to telling me that it had already been credited to my account. I called my back and they told me no, that a return was never done. When I asked them that I had spoken to customer service and another store about the return policy, James the store manager, Niki the HR manager and Katie a floor manager ganged up on me and told me that it could not be done and that I was wasting my time. They continued on telling me that because my debit card was a Visa card the return could no be asked for in cash, they later one went on to tell me that it could be done but that I would have to wait for lost prevention to allow the return. I mean come on guys make up your mind. I finally got my problem fixed after not thanks to this store but to another store. Guys dont waste your time on this store they are not worth your business.

Worst experience!! I placed an order online and had it delivered to the store (bad idea) it took about a month for my order to be complete however it wasnt ever completed. My packages were shipped separately, the second package had only one item I purchased and the second item was "returned" without notifying me. After I called customer care, they stated it was the stores fault and I should speak with them, even though I was calling CUSTOMER CARE!!! They werent interested in where my product was or had any explanation, although my money was refunded, the lack of communication the store and customer care have is ridiculous!!! I believe my product was stolen while either in route or at the store. The manager of online orders never came to speak to me personally and the only explanation I received was that my item was returned even though the system stated both my items were returned and one of the "returned" items was there for me to pick the other mysteriously disappeared. How is JCPenneys still in business with such lack of communication, professionalism, and lack of concern about "missing" products.

Most of my experiences here have been average. My recent same-day pickup order experience was pretty awful. They did NOT have it ready same-day even though I really needed it (ordered it early in the morning) and they said it would be ready by 5 that evening. I received neither email nor phone call, so I called around 7:30 that night and they were very rude over the phone. They refused to work with me even though I needed it that day. They ignored all of my questions to just see if someone could just go put the pickup in a bag (which they even said they had it there already, it just wasnt bagged yet). Wasnt ready until later the next day and picking it up was pretty awful as well. Rude customer service. Not impressed. Will only come back if I have to.

Photo Studio- -Horrible customer service. I had a appointment and 3:30. The employee that worked there on Sunday March 12th decided to take a family of 10+, whos appointment was at 4pm before me. My 7 and 1 year old were waiting until 5pm to get pictures....which she was still taking her sweet time with the party of 10+ family. The employee was black as well as the party of 10+. Unless your colored DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO YOU WILL BE TREATED BASED OFF THE COLOR OF SKIN. Ive contacted the GENERAL MANAGER JAY for the past 3 days.....i left Jay 2 voicemails...1 each day, I still have not heard from him back. HORRIBLE SERVIC

This store rocks!! We needed to find my husband a suit, tie, shirt, the whole bag of tricks. Nicole, the salesperson in that Dept. Asked if she could help. Boy, did she ever. We were there less than an hour. Nicole made this visit quite pleasurable. She even told us about coupons online. Thanks Nicole!! We will definitely be back!!

I do visit the photo studio twice a year at this store, two month ago I was not happy it was not the same person that took our family picture so I have to retake the photo shoot again. I would like special thanks to Cassandra the manager taking her time to make our family photo best of best and she is super hero. Thank you Cassandra.

I went shopping Monday night, and saw a worker helping a guy. I asked to be helped after he finished; he agreed. Almost 30 min later and 4 customers helped that arrived after me I took my business elsewhere. Did someone say JCPenny is going under? Its clear they have poor customer service tolerated by management.

I really appreciate Tonia the lady at jewelry department who helped us. She was on the phone with headquarter to fix our problem for like 45 minutes! She did a great job. I really appreciate from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend her to anybody who look to purchase jewelry from this store.

My visit was pleasant until purchasing the dryer, the sales person advised me they price matching. When finally checking out and got my receipt the sales person did not match and did not know how to rectify the problem. I was disappointed of the sales persons knowledge of how to resolve the problem.

This is a great JCPenneys location. It isnt as massive as the Town East location, so the selection isnt as good, but its incredibly clean and the customer service is good.
