Pretty terrible service experience. Went to store to upgrade my phone and was told I could do early upgrade which would have cost me $275, plus the cost of the phone I upgraded to (in this case $199). After trading in my old phone (and factory restoring it) for credit I was charged $430. Just as I was about to walk out the door after paying essentially $500 ($430+$80 Trade-In) dollars for the opportunity to sign a new two year contract and receive a phone worth $600 dollars I was told I could expect a ~$40 dollar charge on my next bill due to the upgrade. I asked the associate why he wouldnt have told me this prior to charging my card and he didnt have an answer. I requested he take $40 dollars off the total or call customer service and have them waive the fee (of which he could not or chose not) to do either. The associate seemed entirely disinterested in closing the sale or doing anything to resolve the situation (and the manager of the location appeared even less interested). I requested a refund and my old phone back and will be switching service providers soon. I essentially wasted 3 hours of time, an hour+ at the store, and another 2 hours or so setting up the phone that was wiped. Hopefully someone at Sprint will read this and contact the store manager about better training his employees. Additional fees are something you need to tell a customer about *prior* to accepting their money, not right when they are about to walk out the door.

Shitty service. took about two hours till someone acknowledge me, and he just told me that he couldnt help without even asking what I need help with. After that he just step to the back. While no one else acknowledge me at all.
