I was visiting my sister who lives in Dallas. We ventured into the Carrollton Fallas. Shed never been & I, being from Arkansas, had never heard of it. We walked around & eventually I picked up 4 bras to try on, & my sister picked up a curtain, hoping it was the right color. The fitting room was closed so I couldnt try on the bras. When we went to the check-out, & before purchasing anything, we asked the c1zhier what their return policy was. His name is Jerry, & he politely replied that we had 30 days with the receipt. We agreed that was good, & made our purchases, my sister paying with her credit card, & I with cash. So we get back home & the curtain wasnt the right color. Only 2 of the 4 bras fit. We went back tidy to return the unwanted items, & Jerry kept asking if we wanted to go d something else, but we did not, & asked for a refund. Jerry got a gift card out & my sister said that she didnt want a card, we wanted our money back. THEN & ONLY THEN Did Jerry inform us that we could not get refunds, they only did exchange or store credit. We told him that he did not tell us that when we checked out, he argued that he DID tell us. Jerry lied to us, argued with us, & DID NOT want to give us the corporate phone number. My sister had to INSIST that he give it to us. He went to the back of the store & took almost 5 minutes to come back. He RELUCTEDLY gave us the number & I pulled out my phone right there to make sure he gave us the right number. We got in her car & drove off while I talked to a woman at the corporate office. She informed me that the only way to get a refund was if the purchase was made with a credit card. I rd my sister to turn around & go get her money because she paid with a credit card. We got back to the store to find Jerry & let him know. He actually seemed surprised that we called corporate. THEN he had the nerve to look confused. My sister told me to call them back, but I was all ready dialing. I told the woman who I was & she all ready knew & was expecting my call, I gave my phone to Jerry & he again tried to act surprised, & he BEGRUDGINGLY refunded my sisters money to her card. He was angry, like he was taking the money from his own pocket! I feel like he STOLE my money! I live in Arkansas! There is no Fallas in Arkansas, so a store credit is pointless for me. So my sister got to spend MY money using my store credit BECAUSE NO ONE was willing to refund my cash. WE WILL NEVER SHOP AT FALLAS AGAIN!

Their website says they close at 10 on fridays. I arrived at 9:15 PM to see them getting ready to close the doors and they told me they are closed and I cant come in. Set your hours accordingly if you do not want people coming after a certain time. I drove all the way their with plenty of time until closing, just to be told no.

Great place to load up on basics. Their prices are awesome but be an educated consumer because sizes do fluctuate between designers and there is no dressing room. Very satisfied when I left, $50 for 8 pieces. Cant beat that!!!

Store over packed, messy, and unorganized....but every time I go I get a great outfits for a great price. Its worth weaving thru the tight spaces
