My husband and I recently had to make an emergency trip from Charlotte, NC to Fate, TX to assess the floor damage of my elderly mothers house because of a faulty hot water heater that had burst while she was away. Since the hot water heater was centrally located in the house, the water damage was quite extensive. Being so far away, we were at the mercy of last minute online reviews. We contacted Factory Flooring Liquidators in Carrollton, TX and, before our plane even landed at DFW, Marin and his folks were already at my mothers house and working with Moms insurance company. Because of my moms advanced age, and the fact that the situation couldnt have come at a worse time for us schedule wise, we were expecting a most unpleasant ordeal. Once we met Marin, however, and saw his high level of compassion and integrity, we knew that we were in good hands. The professionalism of Factory Flooring Liquidators was above reproach as they effected a seamless transition from the old and damaged to the beautifully new. That is one call that we are glad we made and we would do it again; Thank you!!

I had about $4k go down the drain because I made the HUGE mistake of buying from Lumber Liquidators, dont make the same mistake I did. This store is just a bunch of salesman who are not wood floor experts and who will DO or SAY anything to make a sale to earn commissions. I purchased 4 rooms worth of bamboo flooring after being sold that it was the best choice by these guys. After 3 months, I had to trash it all, and the parent company, wood manufacturer, and this store would do nothing to compensate me or replace with another product. The FACT was, bamboo flooring does not do well in Texas and should NEVER be installed in this climate due to the high fluctuations of our humidity. Dont buy here, find a real WOOD FLOORING specialist, not these salesman with no integrity.

Hi there, Im writing this in regards to the stinky 4 bags of trash the installers left on my front lawn. All including their lunches, beer bottles and pieces of flooring. The installers went through the back of my house, having to clearly see the garage cans as they past. I am beyond pissed, having to put the trash in the garage myself. I damn near cut my leg on a piece of broken beer bottle. I understand having to eat, obviously for lunch, but the part of drinking on the job pisses me off. Im sorry, but this is ridiculous. I was told not to go through lumber liquidators, I should have listened.

Great location. The young guys there helped us pick a contrasting wood floor and order it; they were exceptional. Chris the manager was on top of EVERYTHING. This guy knows how to treat people. The team and the company really made the process easy for us.
