The absolute WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. My husband is the primary account holder on the account and I totally understand all of that. HOWEVER, that is no excuse for the man behind the counter to flat out tell me that I cannot be there without my husband to SUPERVISE me and the purchase of my new phone. So if this place does not want my $300+ for a new phone then too bad for them. It would not have been too bad if he had not had the smug look of satisfaction of not helping me after he told me I need supervision in the store. Ive been with Sprint for over 9 years and this store continually treats me like garbage. All I wanted to do was spend money.

I cancelled my service with t-mobile since Sprint has been a over T.V. claiming to be within 1% of the network of everyone else. Ive been with them for two months and I have to tell you I am not impressed. The customer service sucks both through store and 1800 number. Just today I called the store about issues with my account and was hung up on by the agent. Im never able to pay my bill online and am charged to pay cash in store and then have to wait 5 hours just to have my service instated or whatever after paying the bill. I can honestly say come next month I will no longer be with them. I cant even use my mobile data while Im talking on the phone with someone!

Worst experiences ever! Horrible customer service, they dont care at all how upset they make their customers after they sucker them into signing a 2 year contract. Asurion is the biggest rip off. Pay monthly to have your phone covered by what you think is insurance and then something happens and you get a used phone. Very unhappy with Sprint in general now, but this store has the worst employees, they dont know anything and they are slower then snails. Took 3 months to get a replacement phone because of their employees messing up over and over. Have 5 cell services with them and feel completely unappreciated! Stay away, any other store has to be better!

I wish I could remember the people who have helped me here over the years however I do not. The customer service here is incredible. These guys go above and beyond to do whatever they can to optimize your plan. Every time I have walked in here it has been busy, however the staff always greets us immediately and follows up by letting us know how long it will be until I am up. Sprints coverage as a whole is not the best but knowing there are people willing to help me on a personal level like these guys will make me continue to use their service. Thank you!

Your employees need to be trained on customer service. If I could do it myself then I would have done it myself. I called to get some help and the employee responded with " Yeah I am currently helping a customer so I cant help" OKAY..... I asked him another question and he said "I dont know".... -10000/10 would not recommend. If they were complicated questions, I would completely understand. I was just wondering if my pre-ordered phone was in the store. Not that hard.

My husband and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones. We worked with Jordan and it was a pleasant experience. We also visited this store about about a week ago because we were locked out of our online account. We had tried unsuccessfully to resolve this issue over the phone with Sprints *2 number. Fortunately a quick visit in person to this store had us back into our account in no time. I would highly recommend this location!

Dont listen to the complaining from people who have no idea what they are talking about. This is a great location. The lady complaining about insurance, does your car insurance give you a new car after your deductible? No, stop expecting everything for nothing. Wonderful people and great deals. Thank you Fargo Sprint! Rezza and Forrest are especially helpful. Five Star service every time!!!!

They have really bad customer service here. My family have been a sprint customer for over 15 years and I move to Fargo 5 years ago and this sprint store had the worst customer service I have ever seen.I went there to just ask a question about my phone and the guy wouldnt even answer.I am changing my service to Verizon and so if my 15 family members.So of the guys there are even rude.

Sprint Customer Service does not deal with the coverage issues with sprint. Sprints Coverage is spotty at best in their coverage area. Outside their coverage area service is non existent. Very poor customer service. Do not get sprint if you need your cell phone to work in North Dakota or Montana

Unsure what these other people are talking about. However I had a very pleasant experience with in this location. Sales Rep did everything he could possibly do to help me and was able to give me great advice about my upgrade options.

Ive always received good answers and great customer service from this location. Very friendly. If they didnt have and answer they would find one. Ive never had any problems and Ive been with them for over 3 years.
