If you want horrible customer service, and employees that sit there and laugh at you, and are not willing to help then come to this location. Abbas was his name terrible customer service on the phone and in person it gets worse. It was so bad that I told him to not help me, I requested another person to help me out. Other lady was with another customer but she is just as rude .. she replied "I am busy with a customer" of course I understand. I know you will be able to help me when you are through with your customer but there was no need for her to yell with an attitude.They are not there to do their job, they expect you to do everything on your own his words to me were " This is your case not mines" ?? I have never been anywhere where customer service was this bad. I was able to take care of my issue all on my own they didnt help me at all. Will never be back , and I am sure they are happy because they are lazy and that is less work for them. In order to proceed with my phone replacement I had to use a computer they didnt even let me use their computer she made a ridiculous excuse!!!!

I am very frustrated with this specific location, these workers act before they think . Last year I bought a screen protector, these people personally applied it to my phone. A couple of days later I was in a car accident and luckily only my screen protector was cracked... this screen protector was $40 and came with a warranty...but when I went online to order my new one it turns out that you need your original packaging, the box, the receipt and the broken product. I had the broken screen protector but nothing else. Sprint kept it and threw it away at their store. I went back to ask what I could do and they literally looked at me like theyve never seen me before. The same people told me that it was all my fault. So I just left the store. Fast forward to a year later and Im trying to upgrade my phone (which is free with my contract) but they start telling me I have to pay so many things, $200 for this $350 for that. I am fed up with this place.

I visited this store last Saturday to upgrade my phone and was greeted by Karim (sales rep). Unfortunately I was not eligible until a week from the day that I was trying to upgrade even though the Sprint website said I was. BUT Karim called sprint for me I paid $20 and some change and TA- DAAA my eligibility was reset. Then I was approached by Shaheen (store manager) she was very nice and made me a great bundle deal on there new wireless home phone. Abass (sales rep with the cool name "A boss") was there he helped me pick out the color. Some small talk her and there and in about 25 mins or so I was out the door with my new phone. They were all professional and very honest. Hey Johnathan (sales rep) I didnt forget about you (he was helping another customer).Their Customer Service was GREAT. Side Note: To all of you reading my review be kind to these people if youre upset at Sprint be mad at Sprint not the employees they are human just like you!

Be aware that this "Sprint" store is owned by a 3rd party! If you have trouble with a product youve purchased here, the Sprint Corporation may not be able to help you. I bought a cell phone charger from this "Sprint" store while I was out of town, and tried to return it to another Sprint in my hometown and they would not take it back! The products say Sprint, the sign on the store says Sprint, the receipt does not say it is owned by a third party, but it is and if you have trouble the Sprint Corporation may not be able to help you. I called and complained that I was deceived by the store, and they refunded half of my charger. Be warned!

So I had forgotten all my information to my account after not logging in to it for a very extended period of time. At first I wanted to look at plan options and inquire about dropping data on my phone. After a slight runaround I went home and called customer service the next day. They informed me that the store can reset this information with proper I.D. yet the sales rep claimed it was not possible. After finally getting everything cleared up via customer service over the phone, I will never come into this location again.

From the moment I walked into the store, to the moment I walked out with my brand new phones, I was treated with excellent service. Jonathan was a great help, along with the other employees in the store. They saved me about $200 a month from the current bill I had with Verizon. They were very friendly, and worked as efficiently as possible to have me in and out of there. I would definitely recommend this store, and Sprint to anyone looking to make a switch!!

If i could give them cero i will they only care about money went to get the iphone 7 wanted me to pay 100 dolara downpayment went to a different store and got it without the downpayment then i went with a problem on my moms phone and wanted to charge me 200 dollars went to a different store and they told me i had insurance no need to pay customer service is the worst here

The Sprint team in this shop was amazing! So helpful and nice! They know what they are doing and if they dont they dont give up! They try everything until the problem/concern is fixed! Me and my family switched over to Sprint yesterday and they have made the transition really smooth for us! Roger, Juan, Abbas, and Caleb are great help! Go to them for anything you need!

I went to the sprint store they ordered the wrong phone. Then notified me after the new phone was activated. They charged me activation fees twice and will not refund me. Also I have to wait six months to a year to receive the refund for the first phones. To resolve this matter I have to make a fifth trip to the sprint store. Pease do not use this store.

I absolutely love the service I received today at the Sprint store in Carrollton!! The manager was very friendly and informative about my plan. All of the staff on shift was amazing, friendly, and energetic just like M(r)s. Shaheen. Great leadership shows through your work and employees. I will definitely be back!!!!!!!

This is a US Cellular store selling Sprint. I bought a hotspot that didnt work very well, and ended up returning it. Cost me $35 dollars as a "restocking fee". So I got $6 bucks back. Save yourself a headache and hit up Deron over at the store on Dallas Parkway. Theyre a Sprint Company store... and THEY rock!!

Eagle and Abbas were very helpful when it came to switching my phone. I gave them my new device along with my old one and within a short period of time, they were able to transfer all my files to my new device! There was no problem on my side and it made this whole process that much easier!

I like there customer service there was a young guy he was very friendly and very helpful he answered all of questions, he always have a smile on his face , if you want a great service I will recommend going to Abbas ( I guss thats his name)
