This store is a rip off. Im not from Texas and decide to go here based off the 1 previous review. I purchased about 10 items. ALL OVER the store, the signs say NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY! RETURN MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS AND TAG MUST STILL BE ATTACHED. So abiding by this I try to exchange my 7 items for a large size. The manager there says I can only exchange 4 items!!! Then ask if I want to talk to the owner. I say yes can you call him. He says Ill give you the number and you can call him. I guess he thought his bluff would work on me. But I pulled out my phone and said whats the number and he refuses to give it to me. Says he has 300 customers to worry about and to pick my 4 items. I am posting this because THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER thrift stores around that had better service. And not to sound racist or anything hes foreign from Nigeria or Africa in case anyone has a run in with him. As I told him he shouldnt ripoff or treat people like that, these days you never know what people are capable of. And you never know the type of person youre talking too. He will ripoff the wrong person one of these days.

This place is kept clean the prices are kind of ok but high steel they are not so much organized in the back as they are in the front they are all trying to keep things in order but it never lasts the people there you have to search for some it to help you because theres nobody hardly on the floors nobody speaks Harley English that the place at all so you are not able to understand what is being said the items there for purchase are okay but not really all in the same place its just scattered everywhere when you find somebody to help you they do not seem to understand English or they just dont want to help you at all they give you a dirty look and walk away they only point you in the direction that you are supposed to go that do not take you to what you need to be a person walks in and feels very lost there was only a certain person there that was able to help them at all and they only spoke English apparently that persons not there anymore because they do not like people having customer service skills they want you just to point that direction a person is supposed to go and never help anybody else

It is in my opinion that the couple of times that Ive been there I believe the pricing is too expensive for used Goods I believe they set their prices way above will the thrift store should be other than that I guess its alright

2nd Avenue Thrift Store isnt your pappys thrift store. There are a lot of outrageous things here costumes, wigs, and plaid shirts galore. It might not be a place of high fashion, but there are some things to be found here.

Really inexpensive! They have fitting rooms so you can try on things before you buy them! They have a lot of stuff to look at! Very organized and picked up. I really enjoyed the store! :)

Staff is wonderful. They are always friendly. I dont like the selection of clothes. Ive never been able to make a purchase due to variety. The store also has a humid smell.
