LaKeisha helped me. She was excellent. She totally took care of my issue, which was a recently purchased, non-charging Plantronics bluetooth that I had purchased at another Sprint corporate store in another state. While the warranty would be through Plantronics, she went out of her way to help me by giving me (at no charge) a compatible USB cord that would charge my bluetooth. Excellent customer service!! THANK YOU!!! The wait was about twenty minutes but they were busy. There were three people working. So, no worries. I work retail and there is often a wait. I was greeted almost immediately and advised that there were two customers ahead of me. As a retail manager, I would love to have LaKeisha on our team. She is a gem. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all, smart and she demonstrates initiative!!!!

Sat in the store for an hour waiting to get helped. He took my name down but when it was my turn he insisted on helping other customers. The store became empty & I was about to just walk to him but a customer walked in & still didnt help me. I had a simple question about my account & I needed to make a change to it. Probably didnt want to help because it didnt benefit his sales. I dont know.. Wont be coming back to this store. Wanted to add an ipad as well but oh well. Their loss.

If this review saves one person from switching networks to sprint then Ill be happy. The service is spotty at best. Even in a big metropolitan area like Dallas. Also their "iPhone Forever" is a joke. Yeah sure you get to upgrade to a new phone the next time it comes out BUT they have a bunch of fees they dont tell you about and loops you have to jump through. Im not on wifi right now so Ill be surprised if this post actually goes through.

I went to this store seeking an upgrade. The salesman was EXTREMELY unhelpful, loud and untruthful throughout the experience. I have been a sprint customer since 2006. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I was able to get the help I needed from Best Buy and the deal I was looking from them as well. kh

JT Almon was a tremendous help in getting me a practical solution to a serious business problem. I run my business on my phone and it looked like it was down for the count. The staff were excellent, professional and got me back online a week ahead of the normal policy.

Worthless... My son is on the forever plan, they told him the upgrade would be $30.00 when he called. He spent 2hrs and 30 minutes waiting at the store. Buying the phone through telesales... time waisted. Rep was Jarrod.
