Jonathan Williams the Assistant Manager at sprint is amazing. Always professional,. friendly and respectable. You need more of him at other sprint locations. Hes informative and even if its bad news. Hes straightforward and honest. Its hard to see that now of days. As he quotes hes just the messenger and works for sprint giving a 110%. I hope you keep him hes one of the best salesman out there and If i add any lines or any technical issues. Come see him at the rowlett store.

Walked into the store to get some help on a line that was ported from them on my T-Mobile account and they were RUDE! My ex went to Sprint when I asked for my phone back and gave them permission to move a number that I have had for 10 years over to them. There was ZERO authorization to do so. They moved it anyway without him being on my account. Im still pissed! Easy number lost / stolen. Ill never give them business.

Jonathan Williams the Assistant Manager from Rowlett Sprint Store is amazing. Its hard for me to see and sometimes Its hard to get around and Ive had alot of technical issues but he always fixes them. He has made my experience great and I want others to know and the company he deserves a raise and that this is the best store to come to and definetly come see him.

The gentlemen in there were awesome, they had to fix an issue another sprint store couldve possibly fixed but didnt take the time to do it. The guy who was helping me literally did everything in his power to help me and make sure I was satisfied. Awesome customer service

Hispanic guy working on Dec 18th around 4pm was rude laughed at a customer, for assuming his plan was prepaid. Sprint is a joke hence why their stock is under $10 per share. The red head was courteous and willing to help.

Really liked this store, they have great customer service and are very knowldgeable about their rooducts. Plus they are new and they are not crazy busy and located in a very easy to get to place!
