Ive been a Sprint customer for over 10 years. This is BY FAR the worst experience Ive ever had with the company. Ive always been pleased with guest relations, both directly and via phone with Sprint. I havent always got my way, but Ive always reached a compromise with whomever I was dealing with. This time is completely different. I purchased my iPhone 5 two weeks ago. I received a follow-up phone interview from Sprint, to which I stated I was dissatisfied with the service I received (unprofessional and discourteous). I received a follow-up phone call from the manager two days after I completed the first interview. Three days ago, I went in to the same store (within my 14 day dissatisfaction window) because theres a "rattle" inside my phone. The young lady at the store, whom was quite polite, called the manager who said there was nothing he could do. I reiterated that "I was the lady he spoke with on Saturday, that gave the poor review". He literally, had no options for me, and was unwilling to work with me on resolving the issue. So from the store, I called the Corporate Customer Service, whom, after 25 minutes on the phone, advised that I should go to the Preston Rd location because they are a Corporate store and are much more apt to help. If I were a new to Sprint and thought this was business as usual, Id immediately switch to AT&T, with or without a contract breach.

If youre ever at this location, see David & Theresa for your customer needs! These 2 angels gave exceptional customer service and provided the patience and attention I so very much needed! They stayed over and well into closing time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and attended to. I cant "Thank" the 2 of them enough! Prior to walking in, I was at my "wits end" and contemplating leaving the company--- after David & Theresa provided the help I needed with my service questions, I ended up getting products I am happy with and walked out feeling like an appreciated customer!! Stating these 2 deserve a raise is definitely an understatement! I will be back and I will recommend others..

I usually never write a review on anything because I usually dont receive the most stellar service. Today that changed. I came in not only wanting to save money on my current bill, but wanting to get the new iPhone 7. I was hoping to see a familiar face and thankfully, I found David Fernandez waiting. I remember David back in 2015 and I remember getting amazing service. He actually cared about wanting to get me a great plan and keeping me at Sprint. Fast forward to 2016 and David is still here and still gave me the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Please share this with the higher ups at Sprint. This guy is incredible and needs to be noticed. God bless.

AWESOME ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! THERESA AND HER TEAM TOTALLY HELPED ME OUT AND I RECEIVED A $50 GIFT CARD FOR JOINING. While visiting the Plano sprint store I experienced great customer service! Being from Illinois, on a business trip, I unfortunately lost my phone and needed a replacement, fast! So I googled the closest sprint store to me and I am glad that it was this one! Chris Washington was a tremendous help getting me a replacement phone and symethized with me as I told him about the unfortunate situation. He made me feel calm, cool, and collected. Those are great characteristics to have when it comes to customer service, thank you Chris! Walked in mad, left out happy!

This is by far the best Sprint store in the area. We have come here 3 times to have them FIX mistakes that were made at the Preston and Park Sprint store. Even late at night they stayed open to fix our issue. The store employees have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and they will work to get you the best prices and best deals available. Can not recommend this store enough! (Especially David, he is awesome!) All the reps are knowledgeable and friendly and they NEVER try to push you into buying extra merch or upgrades.

I have been to this location several times because of the convenience. When I bought a car charger for my HTC EVO within 6 months the part that goes into the phone fell apart, after taking it to Next Star on Park Rd. where i bought it the so called manager said that he would not change me out for a new one. It clearly says "Sprint" on one end of it, not like I bought an after market one..He told me that i would be better off buying a different brand of charger for my Sprint phone...So much for customer service at this location anymore.

Today I had the best experience with sprint. I really was close to giving up on my services with the company. When I walked into the store I didnt think I would walk out with my problem solved and more. David provided the best customer service ever!!!. He even stayed late after closing time to make sure I had my services up and running. He is very knowledgeable and smart. I highly recommend you to go to this location and ask for David. He is a great asset to the company!

Chris Washington is by far the person to see in this store!!!!! Customer service is extravagant and extremely to the upper levels of any store Ive ever been in!!! The environment is extremely people friendly and Chris is the truth. Chris tells you exactly how it is and makes life a lot easier when dealing with him. Chris just makes the whole visit pleasant and gets the job done in a very orderly manner! All in all 5 star guy and 5 star place!!!!!!

As a 10+ year Sprint customer who has been to a dozen or more Sprint stores, I can say without reservation that this is the BEST one I have ever been to. Ive been in 3 times to help a friend establish a new line of service, upgrade my own line, and get support on a device. Pierre, Jessie, and Ulysses have all gone above and beyond on my visits to help make the experience a positive one. These guys clearly care about their customers and it shows.

They have excellent customer service at this location. Donnie stayed late with me (even past his closing) to help me get my new phone. They next day he stayed with me for HOURS as I tried to back up my data and even got on the phone with Apple to make everything a smooth transition for me. Great, great experience!

One of the managers there, I think his name is Chris. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to service my needs. Outstanding customer service. This is by far the best sprint store I have ever gone too. Kudos sprint keep up the good customer service! Definitely need more people like him.

i will like to say that i went into this store and it was my first time , and Mr. David helped me with all my needs, he was very nice , welling to answers anything i needed to know, im from Memphis Tn and i only been here a year and he is by far a good worker and also Kc is good too . They rock
