Read this before shopping here! I stopped by the UPS store in Frisco on El Dorado and notice next-door that there was a Sprint store or at least a Sprint franchise, I went in because Im was looking for some iPhone casess for Christmas presents. I walked in and was promptly greeted by young lady which is great and noticed on the wall they had a excellent selection of OtterBox cases for iPhones. I found the model I was looking for and asked her how much it was because it didnt have a price on it, she didnt know so she asked the manager that was there and he said that the case was $59. I was kind of in shock when he said the price because the model I was looking at was the Reflex case and retail is $34.99, I asked him if he really sold this case for $25 over retail. He then said oh no thats a mistake that case is $39. I then told him that the case retailed for $34.99, and he said where are you going to get that price? So I replied by telling him thats how much they are from OtterBox themselves and in fact they currently have a special of 15% off plus free shipping. He told me that he couldnt do that price and I asked him so youre still going to sell it for five dollars over the retail price? He then replied by saying yes I sell them for $39 and I dont make any deals he didnt asked me if I was going to buy more than one or if I wanted to buy one right now, just basically left it at that so I left with a bad taste in my mouth. How would a customer feel if they went into the store and did business with this guy and bought that case and then found out that they paid over retail, I mean really? Do your research before going into this store, just to make sure youre getting a fair deal. Plus for those of you who dont know this, this store IS NOT a factory Sprint store it is a franchise store thats owned by an individual. If you have the time make a trip to the Gaylord Sprint location by Stonebriar Mall it is a factory store and those guys will give you five star service.

STAY AWAY ZERO Stars...I would give it negative stars if that was an option. The store manager was very rude and basically accused my pregnant Fiancé of stealing the phone that she brought in for service. He then accused her of being unruly (what person wouldnt be after such an implication especially a pregnant woman) and demanded that she leave HIS store. The experience caused her Blood Pressure to increase to unsafe levels and she had to be hospitalized. I called and spoke with the store manager (edwin) and I was basically given the same treatment. He was not only unapologetic but also condescending and rude. I wanted to call the corporate office but he refused to provide that information. This store IS NOT a factory Sprint store it is a franchise store thats owned by an individual. If you have the time make a trip to the Gaylord Sprint location by Stonebriar Mall it is a factory store and those guys will give you five star service.

I went in yesturday 1/18 and me and my son had a great experience. My son was celebrating his 13th bday and Dustin the manager helped make his bday very special with his new (toy) iPhone. We were very pleased with our service. We got great discounts and I was educated on new apps to control restriction settings as well as tools to help our bill be reduced. We walked out paying very little and full of laughs. There was also a great lady helping as well,( cant remember her name- sorry) she was fairly new but Dustin gave her great directions and she took her job very seriously. She was a quick learner and had great customer service as well. Ive been with Sprint for over 8 years and can honestly say this was one of the best Customer Service experiences Ive had so far and the most educational. Great Job Team and Dustin!!!

Absolutely perfect experience. Walked in to a spotless, upbeat store and met Gaby. Shes incredible. Asked about my wants and needs and helped my wife and I save money adding her to my plan. She also answered questions that seemed way above her pay grade, which was amazing and simplified my experience. Ive been with sprint over 7 years and today solidified my business with sprint forever. Thank you Gaby. Hopefully your management team realizes your skill and pays you accordingly. The employees at THIS location are phenomenal!! I cannot say enough good things about them!! The Sprint corporate store by Stonebriar mall... complete opposite. Sprint corporate over the phone...as bad or worse than the Sprint corporate store. Again the 2831 el dorado Sprint store is fantastic!! I would hire everyone there if I could!!

Terrible store! Manager promises great things. Doesnt deliver. Wifes phone was riddled with problems. Kept making minor fixes and telling us to come back. On 14th day he says that now there is nothing we can do but now we are stuck with the phone. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

I went in to have my phone switched over to a new account and it got messed so messed up I was in tears. I had to go back and have them cancel everything and went to another carrier. Just got a notice today that they still have it on standby instead of cancel.
