MAKE THE DRIVE TO HIGHLAND PARK. I took 3 Beats (2 headphones & 1 earbuds) to get fixed in late Oct 2015. I got a call like a month later stating they had my headphones ready. They were able to fix one pair of headphones (not the other) and needed to send the ear buds to MAC to get them replaced completely (since they were not able to fix those either). When I went into to the store they only tried to give me one pair of headphones. I had to show them I dropped off another identical pair (kids headphones). He finally found them in the back and before I left I asked the turn around time on ear buds. They said 2 weeks max. Well long story short...its January 2016 and Im still waiting for a call to pick up my ear buds.Every time I call and try to find out if they arrived, I get the run around and they state someone different will call me back. I would go to the store, however I recently moved to Colorado and I was going to have my mom pick them up and mail them to me. THIS STORE IS A JOKE! I CONTACTED APPLE AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY STATED NOT TO EVER TAKE MY PRODUCTS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING SO MANY COMPLAINTS. I let the apple tech know they should really make them LOOK BAD! NEXT TIME I WILL DRIVE OUT TO HIGHLAND PARK....

I went in to Simply Mac because my Mac was having all kinds of issues and crashed on me during writing a paper...ugh... It was pretty busy so the person that helped me out at the bar called the technician out and he immediately began testing on my computer there at the bar while the other person went on to assist another customer. He found out pretty quickly that it was my hard drive that was causing the issues and provided me with a list of hard drives. I decided to go with a solid state and he quoted me a couple of days in turn around time. This is where my day was made. To my complete surprise he was able to repair my computer in a matter of a couple of HOURS not days!!! He even replaced my charging port free of charge because it looked very worn out. As a student here in Cedar Hill, I was sooooooo relieved my data was safe! Thank God I managed to save my paper before the crash! Simply Mac is such an awesome store, and there are so many friendly employees that are more than willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Fantastic experience, I will highly recommend them to everyone I know that uses Apple. THANK YOU SIMPLY MAC!!!!

ALLTIME AWESOMENESS

I do not recommend this store to anyone I have gone to this store 4 times and Ive called twice. The first Time I went there I tried to order an iPad mini and they didnt have one in stock (which they should) so I ordered one and they order one to be ship for another store but I forgot to put it under my name but they said it would be in 3 days later. Then the 2nd trip (which was 3 days later) we went to go and see If it was there and it wasnt. 3rd time we went to go and see if it was there and it wasnt so then we ordered another one (under my name this time) 4th time around we went to see if either of them were there. And I wait in line for about 5-10 minutes and when I finally got to the front of the line I told him we had told him that this was my 4th time here and I asked him "I ordered an IPad mini " and we were coming to see if it was here so he went into the back for literally maybe 10 seconds came out and didnt even like respond and talked to some guy next to me about how his phone wouldnt turn on and literally ignored me and talked to all the people behind me and Im sitting there like

As much as I try to avoid this place, I went almost a week ago because my phone cracked. If you dont have att or verizon, they wont assist you, but theyre glad to make appointments to other apple stores. When I set my appointment through them for the next day, I had went to an apple store and they have given me so much issues over my appointment because it was not in my name. They schedule appointments in THEIR names, and thus I had to wait longer for my phone to be fixed. Next time, go straight to an apple store, because this place isnt worth the time or effort and definitely not worth making appointments with.

I live in Cedar Hill and try to support shopping locally whenever possible. Visited the Simply Mac store today with a very simple service request on an Apple product. The employee asked if I had a receipt and when I said I did not, he basically told me there was nothing he could do. Turns out, thats not the case. You can speak to Apple directly and they will assist you. He either did not know he could help me or just couldnt be bothered to look up a solution to my problem. I found his attitude to be completely apathetic, lazy and downright rude. Dont waste your time going to this place.

Awful experience at this place. There are not enough employees. I had a cracked screen and waited half an hour for someone to tell me that I had to buy a new phone because of the way the screen was cracked. Rediculous. The staff was no help at all with this matter. They would not put on a new screen even if I paid double. All I needed was a new screen, my phone was fine. Took my phone to big als in desoto and they were great. No bs about a new phone or anything like that. Simply took my phone and said it would done in an hour. Simply Mac is simply not customer friendly.....

Terrible service. Called to see if they could put a screen saver on my iPhone that I was going to buy from them and they said sure come in. I came in and waited in line. Told them I was the person who called about putting a screen saver on iPhone. No problem but after waiting and being ignored for over 15 minutes. They went to wait on other customers. Left and went to Best Buy where they put it on right away. Also went to Apple Store where they are much more proficient and have more knowledge, dont bother going to Go to Simply Mac. Its worth the drive.

JUST DRIVE TO THE APPLE STORE IN DALLAS.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. My iPhone 5 needed repair and i went to this store because I didnt want to make the commute to the apple store in Highland Park nor the Galleria. Was told it would take a week.... Cool. I can wait. I go up there after a week and they told me they JUST sent my phone off to Apple and dont expect it until another week or so. Very upset. Wish they would of told me that up front and didnt waste my time. Very bad business from them. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Was looking for a new computer and walked into Simply Mac... All I can say is WOW! My experience at Simply Mac was so good that I will never step foot into an Apple Store again! They have all the same prices as the Apple Store, can do all repairs, and even do trade-in! They paid me $500 for my old computer and I was able to put it towards my new MacBook Air. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It wasnt busy and you dont have to set appointments. Thanks Simply Mac! I will be back!
