Stephen, the overnight manager, is very unprofessional! 1. Communicating with him is SCARY. He talks about his employees, peers, and customers behind their back to people below him, equal to him, and above him 2. Sometimes hes not in uniform but expects everyone else to be. 3. Lies about promotions. Will do anything to get you to work your butt off. 4. Even though you work hard and do things people above your position are supposed to be doing, he doesnt have your back. Instead, hell act like you never did anything and become more expectant or "spoiled". 5. He unauthorizes absences that shouldnt be unauthorized, but Should be authorized or excused. This includes emergency PTO absences, absences WITH a doctors note, absences of notice to him personally, through the walmart number, and all of the above PUT TOGETHER. Moral of this statement is, do not work for this man, talk to him, or come to this store during his shifts- Sunday through Wednesday night because you will be "roasted" or potentially fired the moment youre not paying attention!

Discriminating people at Wallmart???? Saturday March 25 My husband who is US Citizen my Daugther & myself stop by to purchase groceries & Roscato sweet Italian Red wine when we pay the cashier Martha at register 7 wants all 3 to have Id I was born on 1980 & my husband 1981 on Texas Driver license she denied to sell the red wine we ask her why if we are almost 40 years old so we ask for the manager Sabu who ask me to go back home and have My Us passport because I just renew my driver license this should not go this far I do not understand why I have to have my US Passport every time I want to purchase any red wine for dinner at my home Wallmart personal are now train how to discriminate people by your last name or the way you look Hispanic now as their policy at the store we need to have our US Passport at the time of purchase at the store I have to have 1 star since I have to submit this bad review they have 000000 rating at the store.

This Walmart continues to show how much they suck. There are never enough cash register lines open or associates available to assist consumers. Ive been here many times and results are always the same. In fact on one such occasion the associate assisted a fellow employee and when I moved to this register I was informed that it was closed. A few minutes later the register opened again and the associate began helping customers again. Of course her only customers were of the brown variety and carried on conversations with them in her native language. WTF!! Bottom line if your white, then dont expect to be helped by this Walmart employees. Going to spend my money elsewhere.

Unorganized and rude. Ordered a 1hr photo book online. Got the email saying it was ready when I got there I waited in line for about 30 minutes then had to wait another 10 minutes for her to find it and when she finally did it wasnt even ready. She said it would be ready the next day and someone will call me to come and pick it up no one ever called a week and a half later I finally go to pick it up waited in line for another 20 minutes then waited another 30 minutes for them to search for my book and its nowhere to be found. No apologies and they acted like they didnt want to give me my money back. Ill never go back to this Walmart.

TRUCK DRIVERS.... Dont bother you will get the 1230AM knock and told to go away. Go behind target across 121. UNREASONABLE Walmart... parked there at 2pm... shopped there at 6pm spending $132.41 in supplies and clothing then went to bed...not 1 sign saying no trucks. There is a serious lack of parking in this area for drivers making deliveries locally. What does it hurt you to have the truck out of the way parked in your lot until 4AM? Maybe one day perhaps it will be one of your drivers out of hours and needing sleep.... and told to beat it!

You can tell this place is old- could use a remodel. I do like the new self-serve registers they recently installed. They have good deals and quite a variety of products. The parking lot is pretty beat up- they need to resurface it and possibly change the traffic pattern for safety. During certain times of the year there is a huge flock of starlings and blackbirds that hang around here pooping on cars, so keep your eyes on the trees here when heading in.

Walmart has low prices & a huge inventory. One issue you will find is there always long lines, as there never seems to be enough clerks to work the check out lanes. Another issue is that the employees when stocking or putting items back on the shelf from customer service never put it back where it belongs. This particular Walmart is not as bad as others, though today the price advertised for the item was getting is incorrect, so hope they will fix it.

Everytime I come here and try to find an employee anywhere. They either dont speak English or is not there department. Had one lady day that she couldnt look up a SKU to see if they had any in stock. The only person who could do that was the manager and they where at the registers helping ring people out. I got frustrated and left. On the way out didnt see any manager any where helping bag or even check people out. This place is the worst.

This Walmart is always to crowed with not enough checkers to ring up groceries. If your like me and hate self check out then this is not the place for you. Apparently Walmart is trying to keep more money in their pockets by getting rid of all the checker lines and putting in more self check lines. We still pay sane price for our groceries but we have to bag or own grocery now. I may as well shop at sac-n-save if i have to bag it myself.

I found most of what I was looking for; however, the majority of the stockers didnt speak not understand English which made finding items I was trying to locate quite difficult. And stocking was going on right at peak shopping hours of 5:00 which made getting up and down the isle difficult and frustrating. The items were lacking at this particular location compared to others I frequent.

i hope one day we will have a HEB somewhere in plano, frisco or lewisville...just give me a HEB so i can start to spend my money, because walmart sucks. They say they are the cheapest,but for some reason heb is way cheaper...better quality, more to choose from and better prices. Customer service is the bomb at HEB..Please, close this walmart and open a HEB! .....

Worst Wal inMart ive ever been to, noticed some Russel wear on the clearance rack and decided to get it, up at the registers the shorts cost 50% more, lady at the registers forced me to go back to the department where I was immediately told basically, "too bad so sad deal with it get out of my face." Too many stores out there to deal with these people.

This Walmart will never answer the phone when you call. If they do you know they are going to leave you one hold. I cant even get a cake order for me and my bff anaverity so if you want to get on the phone fast then dont call this Walmart. This is coming from a 11 year old girl trying to live her life and Walmart is just taring my bff dreams
