Sales Associate Tyler straight up lied to me about several things. He said u qualified for the BOGO promotion for the Galaxy S8. Keep in mind that I was only there to pick up my pre-ordered S8, so I didnt go in there to take advantage of the promo but to pick up my pre-ordered phone. Next thing I know Iooking at a $254 phone bill for 2 lines!! So I call sprint customer service and they give me the good ole sprint runaround for about 10 days. When I finally do get to speak with a "manager" she informs me that I in fact did not qualify for the promotion because the devices were purchased on different days. When I told her that that was impossible since I got the phones literally the day sprint released them on 4/21/2017, She informed me that I purchased one of them before the 21st; referring to my pre-ordered device. Last time I checked a purchase and a pre-order are not the same thing and that even if they were the same then its not my fault that their sleezy salesman lied and misled me. She said she couldnt let me in on the promo so I said they can have the other phone back because I didnt really want it in the first place. She then informed me that thats not an option but she can credit $50 to my account. $50!!!!! Thats nothing compared to what I am gonna end up paying in the long run. Tyler is a sleezy salesman that will say anything to get a signed contract, he should be selling used cars. When I was signing the paperwork and he was telling me what I was signing as I was reading the contract; what he was saying did not match up with what I was reading at all. When I confronted him about it he said "dont pay attention to what that says, it doesnt matter". Its guys like him that give salesmen a bad rep. Oh and this is not a corporate store so they cant do anything for you when it comes to their screw ups apparently. Ridiculous!!! But hey its Sprint so I should have known better.

Probably the worst cell phone activation experience Ive ever had. I brought my own device to sprint. Was charged an activation fee and then told that it would take 15 days to get my phone ported over and usable. I purchased a phone from Amazon since its generally cheaper to purchase the device yourself rather than finance. At some point, one of the employees, (who had a really foul odor, deodorant isnt that expensive...) told me that since Sprint was unable to activate it, then the phone was probably procured illegally. So if youre looking for a retail store that is: 1. Unable to get your number ported in a timely fashion 2. Unwilling to practice basic hygenine 3. Unable to activate a new phone Then go here and be prepared to be frustrated. Phones are fairly mission critical devices and so I was locked out of many services which require a 2FA phone call to verify including my checking account, my NTTA, my Amazon, etc. Absolutely awful experience. I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy.

Tyler was great. I had some ridiculous problems with Sprints insurance company and he went above and beyond to fix issues. Cant say enough good things about him. He called me 5-6 times to keep me updated of his progress on fixing my account. Highly recommend. Its been a long time since Ive had some great customer service at this level. Now Sprints Insurance Company is another issue..

Walked in after arguing on the phone with the 24 hour number fully expecting to cancel my service and switch carriers. The people in this store went above and beyond to help me. I even got hooked up with the brand new note 7 as well as a cheaper, better plan. I cannot say enough good things about this store and staff! Thank you guys again SO much!

Great customer service! Very quick, responsive, and genuinely attempted to help us find the right deal. Tyler was very knowledgeable and patient. Ive been back since initially signing up, and Elisabeth was very helpful when answering questions about my bill. She even called customer service and got things handled for me.

Miguel was an arrogant person. Didnt seem to help or care in anything I asked and was just ready for us to leave basically. After being told we would be able to return our phone he kept pointing out flaws on the phone as if to make the manager change his mind. We will be switching for sure.

I visited the store this past weekend to upgrade my phone, but Brandon was able to find a solution for me without having to spend a million dollars. I highly recommend this store and Brandon for all your Sprint customer care needs. They are the BEST!

Waited inside for at least 20inutes and no one was trying to help my mother and i. Horrible service we ended up leaving to go to a different store. Another employee showed and was just loafing around too. Didnt even bother to try to help us.
