We didnt receive even half of our pictures. We had a terrible experience with having our family pictures taken here. The photographer was not pleasant she was controlling and she rushed our session. We werent able to pose how we wanted it was how she wanted, and if Im paying for it I expect to be able to have them how I want. I will not be returning and I hope everyone else has a better experience than my family did. She also told us we were not allowed to use our groupon and it was NOT expired until April of 2017 but she told us we had to use it within 24 hours of purchasing it and then wanted to turn around after and say she had no idea what it was. Okay but yet you just gave me all of this information about it? Okay. But anyways the list of bad info goes on. She doesnt deserve a job there.

PREGNANT WOMEN BEWARE!!! Do not expect the management to honor their own published prices. My pregnant wife used Targets "baby registry scanner" to start creating her baby registry. The scanner listed some pretty good prices on a few clearance items, so we decided to purchase the items on the spot. When we got to the register, we were told that the price showing on the register was higher than the price on the registry scanner, and that Target would not sell us the items at the price that showed on the registry scanner (though they admitted it was a glitch in THEIR system). Long story short, the mangement became defensive (they knew their argument was pathetic) and we left empty-handed (after talking to another defensive manager). Sad. We have always liked Target. Not so much anymore.

Today I bought some items that were further marked down $4 off at the self checkout on the west side of the store. the self checkout employee was more than helpful. The items rang up cheaper than expected so I went to buy more. I noticed the self checkout on the east side of the store had no line so I went to use them. The idiot black woman working that end didnt know how to deduct coupons and lied telling me that "coupons dont work on self checkout machines." I walked back to the west side of store and used the self checkout where the white girl was more helpful and knew how to do her job

Customer service is no longer at this location. I was on the hunt for some pool floats. Denton sent me to this location cause they showed 18 on hand. Didnt find them on the shelf. I spoke with Ryan who went to the back and returned in 5 min saying they did not have any. Asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Sandra the food TLC. She told me sorry if he didnt find them then we dont have them. I understand a small inventory mistake but 18 of them just vanished apparently. As a business owner I find this unacceptable and I will be sure to tell all about my experience.

Poor cashier at the grocery store. The salesman did not know how to work the computer/scanner. When I used a gift card to pay for my purchases, he stated that the card had not been validated, I had just used the card 2 weeks before that day and had a balance of $31.00. The salesman look dishoveled with bushy hair and eyebrows, Target at Willowbend sucks! I will take my business elsewhere! Also, I do not like to be IDd for purchasing beer. My hair is gray as hell!

I love this Super Target!!! I could spend my day here getting a checkup at the clinic which provides a affordable more convenient way to get the flu vaccine/school or trip vaccinations, having photos taken or printed, picking up my medications, or eating at the café/Starbucks. Great employees and prices along with stock of a variety of services and products. My go to place for groceries and a lot more.

Take the good with the bad I guess. Their cashiers must be hired from the local senior assisted living centers. Sorry to be mean but 90% of them are old and slow and take like 10 minutes to check out 10 items in the express lane. BUT the thing that surprised me about this location since I started doing most of my grocery shopping here for convenience, all the meat they sell here is surprisingly fresh.

They should close this Target. The Employees and Customer Service are extremely poor and lacking, they are unhelpful and grumpy. The Store layout is confusing, not well organized, you have to go around in circles trying to find a basic item. The stocking of popular items is poor. Dont bother wasting your time at to this location Disappointed with Target management

Renovation is bringing new merchandise and cute shops within the store to the Super Target. Store layout for hard goods seems a little more organized. So much less cluttered than Walmart, so much easier to shop, so much less junky stuff! Who says you cant have nice things for good prices? Get a Red Card debit card & save 5% every day.

Clean and helpful staff. The shelves were well stocke and I did not have too many issues finding things. When I needed help finding an item it took a little yime to find someone but I was able too. The obly inconvenience was the long lines at checkout but the cashiers were quick and professional.

As far as Super Targets go, this one has a middle of the road selection. The promotions and savings racks are not that great but if you are out on your regular weekend grocery shopping this one is just as good as any.

Typical super target. Groceries and other stuff. It is very clean and well maintained. There are about two others that are about the same distance away from where I live and this is the one that I choose to go to.

Excellent location, wonderful staff and fast checkout. Always well-stocked and clean, very organized. Clientele is willing to spend a bit more and avoid the Wal-Mart crowd, so the experience is much better.

I love Target but this particular location is oddly arranged. It feels darker than some of the other Super Targets in the area and it always takes me twice as long to find items on my shopping list.

Very big and clean target, the only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because the maternity section is super small and baby section doesnt have much of a selection.
