Rudest owner around. We were approved for credit for the mule and quad that we were rest to pay for and one of our business partners wasnt in town to sign until Tuesday. We offered to pay for the equipment in full on a credit card and then charge it back, and the owner cut in on the conversation with the sales guy without so much as introducing herself. She is a walking raisin and barely took the time to look up from the stack of hundreds she was counting out, instead of taking me aside and actually having a discussion with me. Taking my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

Called ahead to see if they might service my yardmate (since this was Honda service center shop) over the phone they said it wouldnt be a problem. I get here and Eric (one of the 4 guys at the counter) couldnt care less about helping me. The service tech who was fixing my mowers issue requested a part and Eric became frustrated and started cussing when the mechanic asked to get a part for a customer a.k.a. me. Dale from service was a good guy but Eric should be talked to really unprofessional.

I had some work done on my KTM four wheeler, they said the key always stays in the bikes, the employee, Dale, from the shop loads up my four wheeler, he drove it last, he had the key last. I get home to unload the quad and there is NO key! He denied knowing anything about it! The owner said she would call me back to resolve this and she has yet to do so

Best customer service I have seen from Vancouver to woodburn. Very helpful and Knowledgeable people. Great prices! I enjoy getting parts here cause the experience is always good. Wouldnt recommend any other place more than this place. I was sad to hear they are selling the business. Hope the new owners keep this place the way it is. Its perfect

Extremely knowledgable parts guys, fair prices, and more parts in stock than anyone else in the Portland area. Same owner since the 1960s I wish all new motorcycle shops were run like these guys!

Never had so much trouble trying to spend money. Dont return phone calls or messages. Wont pick up the phone. When they do, they hang up without saying anything. Completely unprofessional and terrible, I will spend MORE money somewhere else than suffer so much for a supposedly lower price at Taylor.

The showroom is hidden in the building behind this one. Prices are pretty good. Theyll probably have the parts you need in stock. Good selection for accessories considering the place is so small. They have a decent selection of helmets, but the rest of their riding gear is sparse.

What a great shop! I came in after a cross country ride in need of some serious maintenance on my KLR. Extremely friendly and helpful, and they had all the parts needed in stock and ready to go, as well as a couple extra bits in the showroom I picked up. Loved these folks!

Super awesome staff with some bad ass inventory. The owner is an old bitter ass but hey its like what cha gonna do. He come with the property. The staff make up for his lack in human communication.

They werent very friendly but they did fix my tire so it wasnt all bad. It was also on the high side as far as costs go but there are not many places around that work on motorcycle tires.
