I LOVE Cycle Gear. First off, everyone there rides, some close to year round. So they know their stuff. The guys are knowledgeable and helpful. If they dont have it theyll order it! And their Summer Bike Nights are a lot of fun. They make hotdogs and have raffle prizes and you get to show off your bike and make new friends.

When I walked in staff was busy at the counter and after a quick look around I found the selection of gear was excellent. Everything they carried was high quality. My sales associate, Taylor was fantastic and gave me the scoop on the current deals and offered his experienced opinion. Shopping here was a great time!

Great store! I brought a pair of boots in on a lifetime warranty (that probably shouldnt have been replaced). Boots had been well used but still could have kept going. The staff immediately replaced them and helped me find everything else I needed and knew exactly what I was talking about! Will definitely return.

Customer service there is awesome and friendly. Went in to buy a battery and had a good time chatting with the employees while they helped me find the perfect one. Thanks guys! They were also okay with taking my old battery to recycle it a week later. Very happy. :) Will definitely come back in the future.

One of the best bike gear stores Ive ever been. This particular location has guys who know their stuff, give good recommendations, and make sure Im happy in the long run. Pretty much everything but the bike itself, I get from these guys. Cant recommend high enough!

I like this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Note that you can order things from the website and they will ship to the store for free. If it doesnt fit, you can return it to the store for no extra charge. Thats the best deal going.

Employees are excellent but the carry only Bilt merchandise (their own brand) and have limited nothing of whats available on their website. Sucks for trying to see what fits, I can do Amazon prime for that and get 2 day delivery.
