Called to get a price on motorcycle 10-40 oil and the difference between synthetic and protroleum, the lady that answered the phone was absolutely no help and refused to find someone else to help me. I kind of figured a motorcycle store should know the difference between the two oils and would strive to help out a fellow rider. I WAS WRONG, PLEASE TREAD WITH CAUTION!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I needed handlebar supports for my 08 Ktm on a Wednesday and they got me the factory part ordered from Austria and at my door by Monday morning. Would definitely recommend cycle buy for your dirt bike part needs

Sent me the wrong exhaust and charge me 30% when I tell them I want to return the wrong item they sent me...I will be filing fraudulent charges against them for holding money for theyre mistake..do my ever use these crooks for any reason!!!
