The customer service, as well as the service department are absolute garbage. I brought my bike in for a simple crash estimate (all damage was cosmetic) that was supposed to take only 1.5 hours but ended up taking 3 weeks. After 3 days of hearing nothing I called and talked to Mike who told me they were backed up and hadnt been able to do the estimate yet. He promised me he would call me back within 2 days and have the estimate written up and ready to send out. Never heard from him, and ended up going in to the shop. Spoke face to face with Mike who then told me he looked at the bike, but he hadnt got the estimate written yet because the computers were down and blah blah blah. I then told him I was taking my bike home that day and send me the estimate when it was ready.(Not to mention my bike was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. It seriously looked like it had been sitting in a dust storm for days. At this point I knew I wasnt going to let these clowns fix my bike, but I wanted the estimate). Again, didnt hear from anyone for a few days and I called and spoke with the manager Rodney who absolutely assured and promised me that I would be called by 10:00am the next day. Well I ended up calling the next day at 1:00 to be told that the estimate would be sent sometime that day. I received the estimate the next afternoon. The way that your staff treats your customers is highly unacceptable. Their lack of communication and responsiveness is down right despicable. The lies that they come up with to try and cover themselves just ends up making them look bad in the end. I was fed an unbelievable amount of BS during this process. Needless to say I will not be returning to this shop to have my repairs done, or any future work for that matter. I will never recommend your shop to any rider that I know or come across. I also will not be returning to pay for the crash estimate, seeing as I waited 3 weeks, was continuously lied to, and my bike was trashed. If you want a real bike shop head to Santa Rosa Powersports. I talked to Mitch who said they didnt have an opening for 5 days but if I brought the bike in that day he could squeeze it in (since its only a 1.5 hr estimate). He called me back after 2 days of dropping it off and said the estimate was ready to send out to the insurance company. He has also followed up with me throughout the process to see how things are going and if he could help with anything else. You guys might want to give Mitch a call and learn a few things.

The service department does not know what they are talking about and their parts are overpriced. My Experience: Went in to get an opinion on why my 2013 Honda crf250r was not starting. The guy in the service department said I needed to change out my whole carburetor... I explained to him that my bike is fuel in injected and does not have a carburetor. He then said I need knew gas even though my gas was only a week old. I rejected both his ideas and said just give me a spark plug. They charged me $30.00 for the spark plug, when they are normally $5.00! I bought it anyways because I need it and replaced the spark plug at my house, and my bike started right bike up.

Poor customer service. This is a KTM dealer that doesnt stock most parts. I needed a clutch cover and the guy looked at me and says - come on man you know we dont carry those. Well, your a KTM dealer and its not that rare of a part buddy. I live in Santa Rosa and drive all the way to Petaluma to K & B Motorsports for all my dirt bike gear and parts and they have everything I need and friendly service unlike this place. Theres a blonde guy with gauges in the parts department whos rude and treats customers like their idiots. Ill spend my money somewhere else and have told all my dirt bike buddies and friends to stay away too.

Very poor customer service,took jet ski to fix and was there for a whole month and didnot even to call to see what was going on.We paid 500 for the diagnostic and supposably because they had already fixed it and when we went to pick it up it still had same problem when they had said it was good,when in reality it was not.Do not recommend,I then went to another place and charged me a lot less for a problem they could not diagnose.Wasted my time and money on nothing.

Context: 5 months after purchasing a new motorcycle from another dealer, the battery is found defective. Experience: Laney Thai provided excellent service by referring me to a local motorcycle towing company and managing the paperwork with the factory to have a replacement battery installed the same day. I also want to express appreciation to the Service team that were professional and competent. I am sold on the Service department at Northbay Motorsport!

They didnt have the particular gasket I needed, (for a 15 year old bike) but Tyler the parts guy really put in an effort cross referencing all sorts of bikes. He spent about a half hour on the phone for a $10 gasket! Thats going out of your way to help. Most parts people just say they dont have something.
