Let me start off by saying if it wasnt for KENT I wouldve taken my business elsewhere. Kent was on top of everything. Even on his days off he would still answer my questions. This being my first experience with a HD dealer I was really dissapointed in the staff that was behind Kent. My paperwork took forever to get to me (wasnt over nighted). I had 1 month from the time I signed the paperwork for them to get my title to the tag office guess what, it was late so now Im forced to pay penilties and extra taxes on top of that. All because they dont want to spend the money to over night the paperwork. Now onto shipping. It took me a little over a month to receive the bike. When the bike finally arrived (had to meet the truck 5 miles away) the battery was dead. I called up and basically I was told that they must not have put her in transport mode and I was on my own. If its YOUR fault why didnt you help?? A good company would have said hey let me call the local dealer and see what towing company they use and get your bike home to you. So now I had to go out and buy more stuff just to get her home. If it wasnt for kent you would be getting a 1 * review!!!! Update: just found out yesterday that the previous owner cut the wire harness and didnt connect some of the wires under the dash correctly. Used painters tape to mark wires. The motor mount was missing 2 bolts. This being my first Harley I didnt know any better and trusted this dealer however, Im telling you to stay away from used bikes here all they care about is your hard earned money!!! I purchased the extended warranty but since the pervious owner messed with everything they will not cover any of it! I have over $800 in repairs that I shouldnt be having if they actually did a pre inspection. To everyone that buys a used bike good luck!!! You will need it!!!! One of the managers said I would get $200 for the jacked up harness its been over a month and still no payment. All they care about is getting your hard earned money!!! Please do not buy anything from them save yourself the headache and trouble!!! If I could give zero * I would have. This is by far the worst HD Ive ever delt with!! F this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have spent several weeks after this happened just cooling down from my experience with this dealership. In way of background, I purchased my 2004 Ultra Classic from Paradise Harley and had it serviced at this location. In addition, I had engine work and Reinhart exhausts added, in addition to a lot of chrome. I decided to sell the bike and looked at Kelly Blue Book for a purchase price. When I went to the dealership to discuss them consigning my bike, I was informed they only purchase used bikes. They brought up the same figure I had from KBB, which was $10,600. They inspected my bike and told me it would need a new tire, and some brake work. After them telling me that the KBB figure is what they would sell the bike for and all the additional chrome and engine modifications would not enter into their price as these were my modifications, we finally settled on $7,600. About a week later, I received a call from the new owner, as he found a piece of paper with my telephone number on it, and he was happy with the bike and wondered if I had any additional paperwork. He told me he paid $11,500 for the bike. Its interesting that Bend Harley Davidson will still take bikes on consignment at 20% off the sales price from themselves. So lets do the math, $11,500 minus $ 7,600 is $3,900 profit. Even taking out $1,000 for tires and brakes, that leaves $2,900, If they had consigned the bike, the price after their 20% would be $9,200. Yes, Im angry that I got screwed. Their sales manager and his minion lied to me and minimized all the additional chrome and work done on the bike. I know its a Harley and you are going to get screwed by them all the time. I think they owe me more money based on their deceitful business practices. I would never buy a bike from this dealership again.

In November 2015, Paradise Harley installed a 120R crate motor in my 2015 Road Glide Special and I was very impressed with the price and the service. I spent several months on the internet reviewing the wide variety of performance upgrades available, and rang Paradise to get some quotes. Doug, the chrome consultant, answered all my questions, explained several options to either improve performance or save money - Im not making this up - and left me to think through the alternatives. I rarely write reviews, but I have to say that I was very happy with the result. The performance is extraordinary, I discussed my riding style and expectations with Doug and Rob the tech and the dyno sheet shows that the bike has been tuned exactly the way I wanted it, as has everything else. The winter weather hasnt encouraged fully putting the bike through its paces yet, although the several short runs Ive done have put the grin on my face that I paid for. As with any job like this involving lots of moving parts and several people, there were one or two hiccups but I was particularly impressed how quickly and professionally Doug resolved them and kept me advised. Id never dealt with Paradise HD before, never even bought a t-shirt, but the next time I need a new bike or modifications to an old one, this dealership will be my first stop.

I felt like I was finally home! The staff was awesome, they showed me something that most businesses have lost over the years; customer service, integrity, honor, and above all else they showed respect. You wont find that anywhere!!! I bought my bike from Joey, who went through Hell to put me in the bike I wanted. She is without a doubt the greatest sales person on the team. That is not to take away from all the wonderful help every member of the staff contributed to put me on the road in my dream bike! The honor and integrity was displayed when my bike developed a starter problem. The service department went beyond the call, and repaired it plus added oil change and starter at no cost to me. I highly recommend Paradise Harley and their caring staff: I dealt with every department and the same caring and respect was shown. Kudos to the Team players at Paradise. 100 stars too you all.

I was so impressed with the friendly and caring attitude that makes Paradise Harley so fantastic. 1st I called in the AM to see if they could replace the rear tire on my Heritage Softail. Matt said no problem. After I checked it in for the tire I mentioned to Tiffany that Id had difficulty finding a replacement aux power outlet and if she could look at it to see if it was an OEM part. She called the service manager in to look at it, the next thing I know Marty and Rocky R start diagnosing the circuit. I tried to tell them not to waste their time on it but they wouldnt listen (in a good way) but continued to rewire the devise and made it work, all complimentary. You just dont see that type of attention anywhere. I just cant tell you how impressed I was with several folks at Paradise Harley. What a team! Jerry
