We have been searching for quads for our family for Months. After months of searching and a lot of dead ends with the big corporations that sell outdoor fun with no luck, rude personal, leaving frustrated with no quads. All of this changed the day we found Power Motorsports in Sublimity Oregon. I called and spoke with Bryson and received an email that day from him on the inventory that the company has to sell. I told him, I would be up there, bright and early Sat morning. Driving up there with my Trailer hooked to the back of my 99 Chevy, we talked about the quads, our budget and what was needed for us to get our weekends up and running for spring and summer. We drove from Rainier, Oregon and were there early, 8:30 A.M. The store opened 9:00 A.M., however, we were greeted with a smile and how many we help you fill your truck and trailer today by Matt Williams. We were welcomed into the store early, while they were still trying to set up and pulling their bikes outside. We informed Matt Williams what we were looking for, about the email we received from Bryson and what we were looking for. The guys in the shop got right unto helping us, and started pulling out the quads that we were looking at. While waiting for the quads, to be brought under the covered area, I meandered through the part department looking for new gear, tires, rims…… Mike Holbrook in the Parts Department took great care of us. I spoke with Mike Holbrook, about my medical plates in my neck and rods in my legs and knees. Mike Holbrook spent time to show me how my new Leatt brace will help protect my neck. Mike researched, to make sure I was buying the correct gear for my medical issues. I ended up buying the correct helmet and brace to protect myself while riding. Thank you, Mike. There were no number games, no waiting, and no hassle in our purchase of 3 quads in one day. Matt Williams, went to the Business Manager and Matt McCormick, took about 5 min and Matt Williams presented the deal for us. There was no back and forth money, number games. We were informed that we will get a 1 year parts discount as well as the discount on the Cash sale of the quads. From my phone call, receiving the email, to the long drive from Rainier Oregon to Sublimity Oregon was well worth it. I drove out of there, with three quads, motocross gear and my ATV permits. I did not go over my budget and they worked well with it. As, we were loading up the quads, the 2013 Honda 400, battery died, Matt Williams made sure that a new battery was put onto my quad at no charge. My family has now found Power Motorsports. We will not go anyplace else for our outside fun. Our next purchase will be the Dirt Bikes, Water craft and Side by Sides. We will now be Power Motorsport Customers for life. The care of the Staff is well appreciated. They work hard to make sure that you are happy when you leave there. BIG SMILES.... Cant wait to post the Photos for our first ride.... Thank you, Power Motorsports.... 100% customers for life. Oh, YA, thanks for the stickers. I can’t wait to put them on my trucks, my car, my trailer and our 3 new quads….. Coming Soon, dirt bikes, water craft and our side by side….. Thank you, life time Power Motorsports customer for life.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a "service" department. The quotes were intentional for the fact it should not be called a service department. First of all attempting to get in contact with anyone in this department is a trying experience let alone leaving my contact information with a human and not receiving a call back. I was told someone will call me back so I wait... two days I wait with no contact attempting to give them the excuse of "they must be busy". Not once did this happen but a multitude of times. So my bike was picked up by this company which I thought was fantastic except for the fact I had to load my own bike on their trailer. My bike had been hit and I took a quick 2 min video going over all the damage I had found in about 5 minutes. the get the back and go back and forth with the insurance company as I am told. I am given a day my bike would be ready to be returned to me. So the day before this I call in to check and see the status. They tell me my bike is not going to be ready on the given date because it was not even on the schedule and it could take another week!!! Now if this would have been because of parts not coming in or greater damage found to delay this I would have been okay but with you FAILING to do your job in the allotted time YOU set is crazy! I then go down that day they originally said it would be complete after letting them know I will not stand for this being delayed for their own incompetence to receive my bike. I pay the balance owed and check over my bike. THE MIRROR IS STILL BROKEN!!! the excuse given is things are missed and this happens!?!?! YOU MISSED A BROKEN MIRROR??? Then tell me this mirror and the other "missed" item are on order and I will be contacted when they can schedule to replace these parts. I then go to leave extremely annoyed with their poor service and "work". When going to leave their driveway I press the button for my turn signal and you wont believe what doesnt work. Thats right, my left turn signal is not working. Yes, the front turn signal they replaced. Dont even get me started on the cheap aftermarket turn signals they installed that do not even fit the bike properly. I wish I could give negative or even zero stars. There is much more that is wrong, but I have written too much as it is. I can already see the response to this review, something along the lines of please call us so we can fix this. I would succumb to this request if you could fix a simple issue like a turn signal replacement and have it actually work properly. If I did not have a actual life and job and family I would stand outside their location and warn every person that goes there to turn around and drive somewhere else.

Wow, what a completely awesome buying experience! Im really impressed with the way Power Yamaha does business. I was treated very respectfully, and came away with my mind blown at how cool these folks are. After searching around locally in the greater Seattle area for the deal I wanted on a new 2016 Yamaha FZ-09, and coming back from each dealer disappointed at the final price, I was a little dismayed. I came across the Power Yamaha site and I emailed them about a bike I saw listed there. About two weeks had passed since I found the bike, and the price had returned to retail, but without the added charges of freight and setup, this looked like the best deal I had seen. Even though the discounted pricing I initially saw had returned to retail pricing, they were willing to sell me the bike at the earlier discounted price. And feeling really good about that discount still being honored, I communicated with Dave Sibley about setting up a time to come and pick up the bike. As the date drew nearer for me to travel down to Sublimity, OR to pick up the bike, Dave and I talked on the phone the day before as we had arranged, to confirm my travel plans. He said everything was ready down on his end, and that I just needed to show up and get the bike. I made the drive down, and once I had arrived, I found my FZ-09 out front, ready to load into my truck, via a convenient ramp. Dave met me out front and helped me load the bike before I had even been inside the store! He then introduced me to Shane White, who would be walking me through the rest of the purchase. We went to see the finance person, and I was in the office for less than 5 minutes while we finalized the paperwork. Shane popped back in, we went back outside, and he helped me tie down the bike in the back of my truck. Just one more bit of paperwork at the service department, and I was ready to hit the road. The whole transaction from my arrival to my departure took less and 45 minutes to complete! Before leaving, I ordered an OEM rear luggage rack from them, and not only did they discount the price for me, but were also willing to ship it for free to my house. Nice, right? Im super impressed. This is the BEST dealer purchasing experience I have ever had in my life, period. This is a great place to do business, and Im urging people I know who are shopping for a good deal to let Power Yamaha take care of them.
