Avoid at all costs. Store brand (Bilt) is not safe to wear. Buy at your own risk, if you go down youll wish you had shopped around. The only reason I ever shopped here was their "no hassle return policy" but it turns out you can only return something if you havent used it (not even once to try it out). Hows that no hassle? Thats a strict return policy! Some of the employees will tell you its cool to ride with the gear and return if you dont like, especially with their other store brand, Sedici. I repeat, that great return policy is the ONLY REASON they ever got my business. Dont trust it though; we were told we didnt need box or tags to return $200 brand new boots, and that we could exchange year-old Sedici jacket and pants for smaller size (one of the employees told us shed cut up the old Sedici stuff and toss it out after, store policy!). When we tried to return the boots, manager said no, regardless of what other employees promised. So in the end, we were lied to; they can keep the $200, Ill spend my $1000+ on new gear and parts somewhere else. Quality and satisfaction are no guarantee at Cycle Gear.

friendly employees who know a lot about motorcycles. Fair prices too. I couldnt find a pair of boots that I liked tho, but the selection of gloves and miscellaneous gear/oils/turn signals/nuts and bolts is very good. The guy and gal working there spent 15 minutes helping me find the right nut washer and bolt for my rear view mirror and helping me attach them.

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me out of a real jam with a rear tire when I was 500 miles from home on Fathers Day Sunday. They had what was needed and got me in and out with a new rear tire for my BMW in about an hour. Great job, great guys! Thanks!

Good selection, helpful staff. Not as MUCH of a selection as an outlet but they have everything you need, just might not have the very specific coat you saw on their website, in which case if it matters to me ill ask them to ship it.

Great folks who are pretty knowledgeable. Fun monthly events. Wish they carried a bit more diversity - mostly geared towards street and cruiser. A little dirt thrown in, but very little dual sport or ADVrider type stuff.
