excellent service, great attitude, supreme business ethics. I have been to CTW twice, both times for things I did not have the tools or knowledge to fix on my bike. The time first was a tire swap, simple enough to do if you have the tools and time. I called up CTW to get their hours, (they dont do the appointment BS) drove down, and parked my butt on a comfy couch ( yes CTW has a couch and TV if you want to wait in the shop) while they worked on my bike. Both tires took just about 2 hours (my bike wasnt the only one in) and cost me about 160 bucks (about 60 bucks less and 22 hours faster than what another shop had estimated it would take). I got to sit back, relax while it was done, and I got treated like an important customer and fellow rider, not like an unfortunate stain on a rug. 10/10 would have CTW change tires again, every time. The second time was for twisted forks. being the fool that i am, had Parked my bike on some grass the day before a big storm, and wouldnt ya know it, the rain got the ground all wet, and tipped my bike over. At first everything seemed fine, but when I saddled up ride I noticed that my wheel was about 20 degrees out of true with the handle bars. Needless to say I was a bit put out by the whole thing, so I called CTW up on a hunch, and they said that it could be fine or terrible and that they would take a look at it. Upon arriving at CTW an hour or so later, the boss took one look at it, figured the forks had been loose, and set to fixing it. It took 15 minutes, a short test ride, and the forks were fixed. Upon asking how much I owed I was told that there wasnt a charge for "drive way work" except for an honest review and that I should come back again when I had some real work to be done. Now I feel the need to stress this, most service shops have a door fee, CTW doesnt. That day, CTW turned a happy customer into a permanent customer. If I ever have something I cant fix on my bike, CTW is where I will go.

I was referred to CTW by a friend who had a great experience there. I would have to agree now that I have had tires mounted and balanced, and a drive belt installed on my Harley. Greg is always willing to go the extra mile and make his customers feel welcome. James is also a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Mike, on the other hand is a rockstar when it comes to the technical side of things. You can tell alot about a technician by carrying on a conversation and checking out the way they keep their work area. I would have to say that Mike is a master at his craft! No job too big or small, and it all gets done right at a reasonable price. Kudos to all you guys and I will continue to recommend your shop! Bravo!!

Its my first year riding, and CTW has been my go-to motorcycle shop for repairs. When I called my original dealer (where I bought my motorcycle), I had to wait 3 weeks to get the break-in service on my CBR, so I called around and found CTW; they did the service flawlessly the same day I called them and have been using them since. Its a great local shop - they have done all my oil changes, chain adjustments, and recently had a new tire placed by them. The owner, Greg, is an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely keep going to them for my motorcycle needs. If you have a sport bike (or any bike for that matter), you wont regret checking these guys out when repair issues start arising.

I recently purchased a used bike from these guys and found the experience to be very enjoyable. Both the guys in the shop were very friendly and helpful. If I ever need service or parts for my bike I wont hesitate to make the drive down there from Bellingham because I can tell these guys know what theyre doing. Aside from the overall wealth of knowledge coming form this shop, they gave me a smoking deal on my Harley..Im almost feeling bad because at the price I paid I feel like theres no way they could have made any money! I feel like I stole the thing!

I fell in love with this place and these guys from the first time I rolled in to ask for chain lube and tire prices. Ever since then Ive gone to them for all of the servicing and parts needs for my bike. Theyre very friendly and knowledgeable and do everything they can and more to help get you what you need, not to mention their prices are amazing. I have been extremely happy with all of the work they have done on my bike and I highly recommend anyone looking for a service/parts shop to check these guys out- you wont be disappointed!

These guys are amazing! They fixed my carb and sensed something was still wrong! They went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with my suzuki boulevard. They even went further to help me out when the previous issue flooded my oil tank with gas causing my boulevard to run super hot! I have the burns to prove it! They are a fun group of guys with a combined wisdom that will make this cycle chick return for excellent services! They are the guys!

Great price for tires to ride in/out and done in a few hours. Also had my bike looked over and these guys were very straight up with what was needed and what wasnt. You can definitely tell these guys take care of their customers bikes the way they would take care of their own. I would 100% recommend that if you need anything done on your bike, whichever kind you may have, take it to these guys!

This shop is the definition of a neighborhood shop. They guys are professional, friendly, and really care about you having a great time on your motorcycle. Ive had some really bad difficulties with my motorcycle and they guys here have been truly great. They are honest with their work and get your bike ready in very little time. Theyre really the only ones I will ever take my bike to.

Very informal and casual shop. Thats an awesome thing. If you carry misgivings when in big box stores, you can put them away here. Greg is very hands on with his customers from 1st phone call to handing you your receipt. Quoted me great for my new white walls and took me in on the fly. Cant comment on any other maintenance, but I highly recommend these guys for new rubber.

Great customer service from Greg & James. Ive taken my bike to CTW several times for different service needs. Theyve always done a great job & use the best parts. Theyve never tried to oversell me on anything. Mike the mechanic has talked to me many times to give me the best options for what my bike needs. Great job, guys - keep it up.

I love this place! They have good price for quality work! I tend to never bring my bike to a shop but when I do this is the only one I will go to. Greg is always willing to meet me after hours to drop my bike off or pick up which is so nice. They are reliable and trust worthy. If you go to them you will see what I am talking about!
