I purchased my 12 FLHX through military car sales and had it shipped to Eugene. At the time of the order, the dealership was under a different owner. I was put in touch with Melody McCauley. She new my circumstance as far as delivery as well as being under a new owner. Ms. McCauley with her expertise, extreme knowledge and professional attitude was able to over come all obstacles set before her and make the delivery of my street glide effortless on my part. Ms. McCauley was always so polite on the phone (especially with the delay and bad connection calling from Afghanistan) and took the time to listen to me. She always responded to my emails and phone calls. When I finally met with Ms. McCauley on the day of delivery, she was very polite, had a positive attitude and went above and beyond to make me a happy returning customer. I have dealt with a lot of Harley dealerships world wide, and I will have to say this by far is the best customer based dealership I have been in. All the staff that I spoke with that day were giving me the VIP treatment and not just that day but every time I went into the dealership while I was there on R&R. Mr. Latus you must be a caring and respectable man as your employees are a direct reflection of you. Thank you for your time.

I normaly dont go to places with bad reviews but since the first time I walked in to this harley shop I was always given respect. When I told Mark I was looking at other bikes online he told me to call him with any questions. This delear did not care I was buying my bike somewhere else they were only concerned that I was happy with what I bought and didnt get a bad deal. I took the bike to them to have a big bore kit done and I droped the bike off at noon on a Monday and the next day at 11 am they called to tell me they were finishing up. I broke in the motor riding the coast and had put a little over 800 miles on it getting home. I had no problems and was just amazed at the workmanship and the turn arround time. Oh and as far as cost way beter than anywhere I called. I have not once had any person at this harley ever be rude or not helpfull and I have never know a shop to be as concerned with making sure you are getting a good deal and happy with buying a bike even when you dont buy it from them. I wish all dealers were this professional and courteous.

IF and only if you are looking for exceptional service and bar the far best customer service look no further! My husband and I have been to many HD Dealerships from Carson CIty/Reno Nevada to the Oregon Coast to Salem Oregon. If I were to get into how sensational this group of fine people were you would end up reading a dissertation. Bottom line here is, if you want GREAT deals on bikes, upgrades and a lovely variety of clothing look no further go to DOYLES!! I bought my Harley from them and we are now returning to purchase a 2012 Road King for my husband!!! Dont monkey around with anyother dealership just save time and go here!! Thank you DOYLES for everything; you have renewed my faith in customer service and good decent people!!

“I buy and collect, alot of Harley clothes,,I drive all the way from roseburg sometimes,just to come to your shop for to get them.While I like your selection of apparel,I must say your very much lacking in the harley jeans.Yes,I know I can order them online,or elsewhere,but,I like to get them and go,done deal,no waiting or delivery charges.Yes,I know I can place an order with you for what I want,but there again,waiting time,plus delivery.Or,I have to drive back to eugene to pick them up. Please stock more harley pants, jeans specically,,,,more sizes,,,more selections,,,please! I have been to hundreds of harley dealerships,nationwide,who are always fully stocked,,Im not complaining,just asking,please.Cuz,after all,,you asked,,”

Service Department was terrible. After much begging and after listening to Ray (in Service) complain about how hard he works, Ray finally agreed to "squeeze" me in for a service. Given that I was a traveler, I was unfamiliar with the area and the road construction. I was 40 minutes late for the appointment. Ray rudely told me too bad and that he would no longer do the service. Treated me like dirt. I have never had a Harley employee behave this poorly. He suggested that I contact a non-Harley dealer, given that I was in a pinch. I rode up to Latus in the Portland area; they had me in and out in 2 hours...without complaint. Hard to believe the difference in experience. I was very disappointed with Latus Motors HD of Eugene.

Gary is a HUGE asset to Latus! I have had my bike in a couple of times and Gary always makes me feel welcomed and provides excellent, professional service. On one occasion I had some work done where some things were overlooked. When Gary was made aware of what happened we made contact and he calmly gathered my information, apologized, informed that staff member was no longer employed their, and told me he would take care of me. Well the next time I needed tires installed there was no labor charge and he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable about returning in the future for service work. He didnt need to do any of this, I never asked or expected anything to be done! Gary is great! Ill be back!!! ”

I spoke to Johnny in Parts at Latus on March 4, 2016 about possibly ordering a new jiffy stand and extension for that stand for my Dyna Low Rider. On Tuesday March 8th 2016, I called for him again and had decided to go forward and order it. He remembered our conversation exactly and pulled up all the information we had talked about. He checked and they have the extension in stock so he said he would put it in the back for me until the jiffy stand comes in ( which should be by Fri March 11) and that then they will call me to come pick it up. Very efficient and problem free. Thank you Johnny for being able to count on you to be good at your job ! Sincerely Marsha :))

Started before with buying a couple Sportsters, one new & one used. Both great bikes. Then I saw it, the Road King Special & that was all it took! Called to ask if they had one, Wayne & Darin went went above & beyond to start it rolling. Anneka & Loryanne helped with the finals. Shalee, Jesse & Brad did awesome with the never ending questions & orders. Ray hooked me up with getting it all put on & even Laurel came to indentify my voice answering my many calls. To ALL of you, Thank you very much. I got no complaints with these people, infact, a job well done in helping me get an awesome ride the way I wanted it! Its even the color I wanted. Hats off to you guys!

A couple weeks ago, I had my 2,500 mile service. The staff was courteous, friendly and prompt. They even kept my bike an extra week on account of rain, at no extra charge!... And my bike was show & shine clean when I picked it up, unlike what I had dropped off! Great job! Today, I needed to order a few parts I damaged parking my bike in my garage... Their parts department handled looking up the parts I needed and gave me a great price, and even offered tips for me to do the install myself and said if needed, bring it in and theyll take care of it. I highly recommend Doyles. Great people, great service, great motorcycles and accessories!
