Avoid the service department at all costs. The buying experience is decent, but theyve lost my business for good. The last two times Ive had service on my Waverunner and my FJR1300ES theyve straight out lied to my face. The Waverunner service I was promised the service to be completed by the weekend, which was the first hot weekend this year. I called on a Friday and asked the status and the guy on the phone told me it was done, but was on a tender to charge the battery, but I was good to go by the next morning. He even put me on hold to double check with the tech regarding my issues with the cruise control. The next day I show up and Im informed they havent even started the service, they didnt place the battery on a tender, and that my battery would need replaced. Then I bought my FJR1300ES. With a little over a 1,000 miles on it, being under full factory warranty, and having the extended YES warranty, the check engine light came on. The diagnosis was a kick stand switch malfunctioned which caused the check engine light to come on. I later heard from Yamaha the reason was a known issue that causes the check engine light to come on when the ignition key isnt turned quick enough. The only real work completed was a diagnosis and a code reset which likely took no more than 5 minutes. Pro Caliber then tried to charge me $150.00 for the diagnosis and said it wasnt covered under the warranty. I called Yamaha and they indicated that it was covered, and that they would work with the dealer to take care of the issue. Instead of admitting the error, Pro Caliber lied again, and said they were taking care of it, when in fact Yamaha was taking care of it under the warranty. I suspect the diagnosis fees Yamaha pays Pro Caliber will be far less than the 150.00 they wanted to charge me for an alleged 1.5 hour job. This service department is a joke and theyve lost all of my business for good.

I am from the northeast and wanted to fly into Portland, pick up a brand new bike from them and ride back across the country. This was a ride that was on my bucket list for a while. I called up the dealer and spoke with their salesman. He got back to me with pricing after 2 days, during which time I had to follow up with him to see if he was going to give me a price. After some negotiation, the salesman quoted me a price that I agreed to. I paid deposit over the phone and asked him few questions about the bike, itemized pricing and transaction. He told me he would get back to me after checking with his finance manager. After 2 days when I didnt hear back, I followed up and he sent me a crappy cellphone picture of a handwritten invoice. The total was $500 higher than what we agreed to. I asked few questions again and he said hell get back to me. I followed up the conversation with an email and never got a reply back for 2 days. After a total of 6 days and nothing moving forward with the transaction, I emailed him about my dissatisfaction and asked him to cancel the deal. He texted me back and said "No problem my friend". He didnt even try to apologize for the sloppy work or to make things right. After waiting for 6 days for answers and not being able to make the payment, it almost seemed that the dealership wasnt interested in selling me the bike. Or was not competent to handle an out of state deal. I have bought new bikes from out of state dealers many times and every time the deal closes with a simple phone conversation and I send a certified check that reaches in 2-3 days. The dealer sends me the paperwork and its all complete within a week. But this transaction seemed like an ordeal that took forever.

Update 16 Nov 16 Upon arriving to trade in my 13 FJR and buy a new SxS, I saw the new 2017 YXZ1000R SS SE and have to have it! Matt, Jeff, Chris, Brian and the rest of the team did an outstanding job of making it happen and I am typing this out before leaving the parking lot with my new YXZ!! Thanks again ProCaliber. You have a customer for life!! Good Morning, I came in on the 9th of April to see if your store had received the new 2013 FJR. Have to tell you; Justin, Matt and Brian did a GREAT job of making that purchase happen. During the middle of all of this purchase, my buddy was involved in an accident that caused him to put down his Moto Guzzi California, breaking his leg below the knee. Justin volunteered to take me in his truck and help me pick up my buddies bike and take it back to his house. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction, not to mention the wholehearted caring that that shows, guarantees me as a lifelong customer. You have a very professional staff. While I have had a less than stellar previous experience at your store, this situation has confirmed that your store will be the only one I will come to again when I make a purchase. I would like to thank you all for your help with my purchase, the speed of having the bike put together, and even the small token, of which I find was a great touch of customer service, of transferring my RAM mount from my old bike to the new one (traded in my 2010 FJR). Everything about this transaction surpassed my expectations. You should be proud of the staff you have working in your sales department. Thank you for your time. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

My husband has shopped Pro-Caliber for a couple years. I was about to take my motorcycle safety course to get my endorsement and wanted to check out some street bikes (alas, petite legs and cant flat foot on a lot of bikes). The salesman was fantastic and let me sit on a couple bikes to see what worked. There was a 250 Ninja that caught my eye, however, we decided to check out all options (Craigslist, etc.) prior to committing. The salesman gave us his card and was invited us to come back if we wanted to check it out again. No serious pressure, which we appreciated. Next, we checked out the apparel section and helmets. The sales staff was great to answer my questions about the different brands and fit. I really liked the fit of the Shoei RF-1200, but didnt like any of the colors. He quickly brought us to the counter to check out the catalog and let me know that they can order any helmet for the same price. Even though we didnt buy anything that day, their customer service made quite an impression. Last week, I was taking the safety course and the sky decided to open up and pour down some rainy love. Not fun when you have to stand outside practicing using the "friction zone" to move your bike back and forth a couple hundred times. During our lunch break, I high-tailed it down I205 to Pro-Cal and easily found some riding pants in a reasonable price range. So completely happy with them! Happy Customer. Definitely.

Having been a previous customer of Procaliber on a number of occasions for V-Twin Cruiser Type motorcycles I decided to shop their dealership again for a new Indian Motorcycle as I had seen they now have them on their showroom floor. I also noticed that one of the salesman (Justin Huff) I had dealt with in the past was still there so I contacted him. I met with Justin and we began discussing the different models of the Indian motorcycles I was looking at and my trade in which was a very nice Harley Davidson Street Glide Special with low mileage. I also had the chance to discuss this purchase with Larry (Sales Manager) who I had dealt with before. Through the whole transaction and decision making process Justin and Larry were very helpful and knowledgeable helping me to make the decision to purchase the Chieftan Thunder Black Pearl. They also provided me with a very fair price for my trade in. Some may ask why did you trade in a nice Street Glide Special for the Indian Chieftan. All I would say is I compared what I was getting with the Indian Chieftan compared to my Street Glide Special including price, and once I took the Indian Chieftan for a ride I knew I had made the right decision. Thank you Justin and Larry for all the help and a very good experience when purchasing the new 2017 Indian Chieftan. Mike
