I think their prices are the same as any other Harley Store. If you own a Harley you just expect to pay a decent (or indecent!) price for everything. The one thing that I do like though, they have very high quality. My coat may have cost me a lot, but it is top notch and lifetime guaranteed, and you cant beat that! I had a very good experience with one of their sales staff, and a few bad experiences with some others there so dont take any crap, just find someone who has good customer service skills. For the price you pay for Harley everything you should be treated well! Just read another review, I asked them about the extra cost for the 20,000 mi. check, yes they do a lot more than required by Harley, and thank God! I ride my Electra Glide Ultra Classic all year, I am a little OCD ;-) and I want my bike running top notch! So the extra $200 over the Other Harley Dealership (that I also like) is money well spent! And I have been to Harley dealerships all over the country also, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, Oregon and Washington to name a lot of them.

Stopped in over the weekend and I am used to other HD dealerships where there is activity and friendly employees who greet you. This place was pretty dead. Tried to schedule a routine service for my 2003 Road King, and the young man working at the counter was new and couldnt really help but took my info would have an estimate prepared and sent. All I wanted was to know what they charge and when it could be done, but I figured I would roll with it as it seems they do things a bit differently here. I didnt receive anything so I called and talked to the service manager who was aware and said he was going to send me an estimate via email, and they were one week out for scheduling. He wouldnt give me a price, and never sent me the estimate. With the weird vibe and difficulty pricing and scheduling a routine service I will be making the trip to Paradise HD in Beaverton where they understand customer service and have no problem with service pricing and scheduling. Very disappointed and wont be returning here.

I have been in this store few times buying things for my husband and me, and noticed that women working there mean and almost rude. I wanted to buy one kind of boots but they were out of my size, saying they were expecting delivery in couple of weeks, so I left my contact information to be notified when it comes in. Now it is overdue one week and nobody called, so I called to check on a status of delivery and same women that took my information was surprisingly confused about my question, when I asked her if they already had delivery of the boots. I had to repeat my question twice for her and she had no idea what I was talking about saying "I am confused about your question", which made me feel sort of stupid. Employees working under this big brand should be more professional and more welcoming. People expect to be treated for the price they pay, right? I feel sad because I really want those boots, but now I am not so sure if I want to buy it from them :(

I took my Street bob in for tires and was pleasantly suprised. I always am leary going to dealers because like attorneys they are something you need but you feel raped when its done. I found Columbia to be well priced on labor, friendly and knowledgable staff and as soon as I took off on my bike I noticed a differance in the ride. When I got home I found that they cleaned up some half assed mounting that I did on my engine guard and I swear the breaks and clutch feel better. All this I was not told about and was not attached to the bill. I was given advice on future custom adds that I plan to do on my bike and what will work and what Ill be sorry about latter if I do it. Their service has bought a dedicated customer now and I happily will reccomend this shop. Looking forward to adding to my bike and will definitely use Columbia for the service.

Ive purchased two bikes from Columbia in the last year. Jamie is a no BS professional salesman who isnt into playing sales games like they do at the other big motorcycle dealer here in Vancouver. While the shop is a little small, selection of new and used bikes is pretty well covered, as is the price spectrum. As I said, Ive purchased two bikes and in seeing comparable ones advertised, I got two excellent deals. Both were honestly represented without all the juvenile car salesman routine I got from Dick Hannahs store, and the buying experience was smooth and easy. If theres a downside, the service department is kind of small, and wait times for servicing your bike are a little longer than they could be. All-in-all Ill be a buyer at Columbia again when its time to buy a new ride.

There seems to be a theme at this location. Bring in your bike for service and you will never see it again. They are very nice and dont make excuses. I just dont understand why I wait 2.5 weeks for an appointment then 9 days after I dropped it off I still have no phone call. I then call and wait 10 minutes on the phone to be told my bike will not even be looked at for 4 more days. If I wasnt getting ready to leave town I would grab the bike now and take it to Latus Harley. To the Owner, You will not be in business much longer if you keep this up. I wondered why this location was never busy and now I know why. Please do what you can to correct before you lose so much money you have to close the doors.

I have been to several Harley Davidson stores all over the country. When Im with family and we pass one, it is a must to stop and shop! Im not a Harley fan nor do I own a Harley, but I know a good store when I see one. I know polite people when I meet them. This Harley store is the WORST of the WORST! The women employees were the rudest people I have met. They made my entire family feel like we were disrupting everything they were doing. You know, since they were working there, we thought we could actually shop and ask questions. Needless to say, we were in and out without spending a dime. And well never return.

Arranged for my Harley to be picked up for its scheduled service. They kept my bike for 3 weeks instead of the 2-3 days they said they needed for a tune up, brake bleed and to replace a stock front tire. Finally, after 3 weeks and $1000, the bike was delivered....but they left the keys at the dealership! Got the keys back and went to ride the bike the next day and the rear tire was completely flat. Poor communication, poor customer service, overpromised/under-delivered AND they returned a tuned up bike in unsafe riding condition. Yeah, Im gonna avoid this place like the plague from here on out, and you should too!

Our recent experience with Columbia Harley was the worst ever. The owner would not speak to us, he let the new service manager deal with the situation who flat out lied to us and the owner. We received a Canned Letter response. He said he was there the whole time watching. What kind of an owner does that and not deal with the situation personally? Harley Davidson is a reputable company. They will be so embarrass to hear that Columbia Harley is representing the Harley Davidso brand. We will be spreading the word. Do not ever use Columbia Harley Davidson. The absolute worst Harley Davison Service!!!!
