Awful service. Went in to purchase a bike with my father, told them, "thats the one I want, lets get it going." I was then made to wait on a man testing 3 bikes who came in AFTER myself who took a good 2 hours riding them, then of course deciding on the one I told the woman I would buy. We then left and after about 3 months we were given notice by the Department of Financial Institutions that both my fathers and my credit had been ran multiple times by South Sound Honda. We called South Sound Honda and asked if it had been them whod ran it. They put us on hold for a short time and told us no, it had not been them. So we called the DFI back and asked if they could contact SSH. They of course did so and SSH called us back apologizing and the DFI let us know everything was taken care of. The best part is, the woman that ran our credit and was the one trying to sell us the bike apparently doesnt exist. We asked for, specifically, a woman who was selling bikes on that day. SSH went on to tell us they didnt have and woman on the sales floor at all. I can go on with the experience my father had bringing his VTX in for an estimate at the repair shop and having to wait 3 hours when no one else was having repairs done, but I think Ive made my point clear. This place is poorly managed and seemingly out for every dollar they can get with no matter to the customers at all.

The whole staff at this place was so awesome and helpful from start to finish. I shopped around for a few months at various places(of which wont be named lol) and was pressured by 85% of the sale people to make a decision almost immediately. The sales team at South Sound Honda were polite, answered questions, and together we narrowed it down to the best machine for my needs, not just so they could move inventory. I worked with the parts team to get the accessories I needed. The service team who broke down the proper maintenance it will take to keep my machine in good working order. The finance team who worked diligently to get me the best rate and loan even though ultimately I went with my credit union to keep my finances at one establishment. They all kick butt and were so awesome to me I cant say enough good things about them. The only criticism I could give them is that they didnt have milk and cookies to celebrate my purchase haha but I did get to "Ring That Bell"! Thanks again to the staff, and especially Rocket Ron my sales professional! Brian (Proud owner of a new 2017 Polaris RZR)

I pick up OEM parts here all the time and have never had an issue. As far as the service department goes, I took in a 1981 cm400 to have the carbs synced (after fully rebuilding the carbs myself) and was told, after having to leave the bike overnight, that this bikes carbs couldnt be synced, and I stead they turned out the mixture screws (which I had already adjusted myself.) My neighbor was the one treating me to the carb sync for helping him around the house, so he went with me to pick up the bike. They charged $40 to turn the mixture screws out a quarter turn each, and when I protested to my neighbor he said it was fine and I let him pay. What a bunch of horse crap. Those can be balanced and the mechanic knew that. Then he charged an exorbitant amount of money to turn a screw I never even asked to be touched. If I had been paying for this I would have told him to shove it. So, when it comes to picking up parts, this place is fine, but my one interaction with the service department was repulsive.

I have never been into a local business or any business at all where I was disrespected/degraded/talked down to or belittled by a worked. Mike Slusser @ the parts counter did all of that to me in a matter of 10minutes I was there. I wanted to spend some $$$ while there to get my husband & myself some new gear, but once I was treated that way over some lug nuts there was no way I was going to spend anymore money there than that. I am thoroughly disgusted & repulsed by the way I was treated there. No woman or man should ever be treated that way in a business. I am going to tell everyone to go to The Yamaha Bike Shop on Martin Way or I5 Honda (worth the drive) and not to go to s.s.honda. Mike Slusser should be fired.

Waste of time. I walked in and spoke with a sales associate. I clearly stated my intentions to purchase a specific bike that day with cash in hand. I informed the associate of my budget and what I was looking to pay. I waited 30 minutes to get a quote around $800.00 over my budget with not a single dollar reduced from the price. Not even a military discount. I would have preferred if I was told right away that my expectations were unreasonable and that the bike I wanted was out of my budget. The dealer fees and freight alone were over my budget. I promptly left and went to YAMAHA MOTOR SPORTS OF OLYMPIA, got great service and walked out with a bike under my budget a few hours later.

Very nice and helpful can be abit more knowledgeable. The spend alot of time helping and explaining tings to me to the best of there abilities especially the owner of the business I would most definitely recommend buying products from them. Not sure about there service department to have no experience with them. The guy that help me choose and buy accessories was great so sweet and helpful. I hope many other places learn from them

Walked in to make an offer on a bike that I was previously laughed at and disrespected for at another dealership up north. I was greeted politely and told Paul what I was able to spend. He was able to bring down the price to within $66 dollars of the offer I was laughed at for only two hours earlier. Paul played no games and was nothing short of polite, respectful and professional. Closed the deal and could not have been happier.

Spoke with the parts manager about a wind screen for my NC700x. He directed me to the one supplied by Honda. I mentioned that it looked rather short but he said Honda must know and have it figured out. Needless to say, it is way short and creates a very loud noise around my helmet. When I called to exchange it, was told they would not accept it as I had already installed it. Do not count on them giving you good advice on parts.

We bought our first quad at South Sound Honda 15 hrs ago. Now we have bought several more bikes and quads along with all the gear, tires, parts, etc to go with them there since. Everyone from sales, to service, to part has been phenomenal! We have referred many friends and family to purchase there and they have become life-long patrons as well. Thank you South Sound Honda for making us part of your family.

I have had numerous dealings over the past 7 years with SS Honda and their sister company, SB Honda. Nice people, good service, fair prices. Never a negative issue. I have had many vintage bikes serviced, all with great results. And my new bike servicing has always been handled professionally as well. Highly recommended.
