I was 7 hours from home and my ATV was damaged in a car wreck on our dune trip. The new owner Rich stayed almost an hour after they closed so I could get there and get the parts that no one else anywhere close had in stock. He even let me borrow tools to fix it in the lot. They also have a huge selection of KTM parts and merchandise. Its nice to see a KTM specialty shop.

Short of generic "motorcycle outfitters " this is the only dirt bike shop in Eugene. But they are rightfully and unapologetically a KTM shop. If you ride one of the Big Four, thats on you. Take it up with your so called local dealer. Its not KTM countrys job to sell you levers for your Yamasukawanda.

Came in as a wayward traveler. The guys were super a helpful, made sure I was set for the rest of my road trip and sent me off with some great info and stories. I bought an amazing bag on top of what service I needed just because they went so out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

New owners and they moved across town to Springfield. I believe the old KTM Country location is empty now... Look up new ownership, new name Gray Area KTM. Paxton Gray cares about his customers and knows his stuff.

these guys give the best service I have ever seen from a bike shop. they are very friendly, have fair prices and bend over backwards to help. I would highly recomend for parts,service and your next new bike!!!
