after shopping around at the local dealerships (red line brothers and cliffs) this dealership had the most reasonable prices around. they where also the only dealership who suggested to test ride and try out some different bikes (im a new rider and wanted to see what i liked) other dealerships told me they wouldnt even put me on the model of bike i wanted to buy until i was approved for a loan. they even let my brother who is an experienced rider go out on a test ride with me (on another bike) even though he wasnt looking to buy. while going on some test rides i found the type of bike i liked. My brother also found one he liked as well. they held the bike for my brother to wait for his financing. they where very friendly and knowledgeable they got me fitted for gear and even let me borrow a jacket to use until they where able to get mine ordered in. the whole process was very smooth and enjoyable, except one thing. Getting them to take my money! They where still using the dealerships finance room? they are expanding their building to include their own financing room for completing the transaction and filing paperwork. Over all i would recommend them to anyone! 4.5/5 (giving them my money being the only little problem i had) heaps better than the other motorcycle dealerships around here in my opinion! But thats why i guess me and my brother both bought from them instead of going else where.

Where do I start the manager Kevin is terrible. He was in our place of business in his work shirt, making lude comments to 3 different female servers. He was obviously under the influence. Which in itself is very concerning. Finally he started in with his name calling with the owner, and she threw him out, luckily for him, as he had begun to upset other customers with his actions, and several were about to remove him. Its ashamed that in a dining area full of riders, he would act like this. Several people recognized him and commented about how he isnt any better at his own place of business. Very sad really. We were thinking of trading both our bikes in here later this summer, since I have done other business with GT at Harley and liked him. We really want some dirt bikes. Oh well, Brothers Honda here I come.

Bought a 2nd bike to replicate an older bike I had (and thought I missed!) and they had 3 to choose from! GT was a great salesman, super easy to work with. After a short while I asked Peninsula to sell the bike for me on consignment which they did. There were admittedly a few rough edges, but Kevin the GM called me AFTER THE DEAL, and made everything right as rain. Far exceeded my expectations. With their huge selection (I even had a color choice of a 2004!) and that honest business ethic, why would I shop anywhere else?

I went in looking for a specific bike I found online at a competitive price. Ive never purchased a motorcycle before so I wasnt sure how this experience was going to be. When I went in, I found that every single person was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they make feel you comfortable being there. They had the best price and warranty! For anyone looking for a bike, first time or a veteran rider I would recommend checking this place out. And ask about their warranty. I would definitely go back.

Best motorcycle buying experience Ive ever had. I got an excellent deal on the bike I wanted and received a fair trade value on my 10-year old bike with some minor fairing damage. The motorcycle I purchased was only 2 years old with 1,000 miles on it, and I paid nearly 40% less than what the bike cost new. It also had hundreds of dollars worth of upgrades. They are very cool about test rides which is a big plus.

I bought a Honda Nighthawk 750 in good condition, low miles, at a good price from Peninsula. They had way more bikes than anyone else in town and my salesman, GT, was very helpful. Also, Sam provided excellent service when he replaced my chain. The manager, Kevin, is down to earth and provides great customer service. I would recommend Peninsula Motorcycle Store to my friends.

Purchased a 2015 Triumph Bonneville T100. The BEST purchase experience that Ive had! GT hid nothing and gave me the "out the door" price prior to me setting foot on the lot, which made the whole experience pain-free and easy! Awesome motorcycle selection...but customer service is super slow and not that friendly. I went in with a check in hand and the whole process to almost 2 hours. Ive seen house loans signed and done a lot faster. All the time waiting just to talk to someone to try and sell me insurance coverage.
