I hate to write this because the guys there seemed nice whenever I talked to them in person, but this has to be the worst customer service and repair work Ive ever had. Aquired an old bike this summer. Took it to cascade for inspection, work done. They did some work on it, charged over $100 than they quoted me. Had my bike 4 weeks. I called every Friday for 4 weeks asking about bike, EVERY time they said "should be ready tomorrow or first of next week." ...4 weeks I heard this. And I always had to call them. Never heard from them. Bike had issues right after I got it back, and I had just spent a lot of $$ with the guys at cascade. I kept it going with some issues for a little while but was never running great. I took it back to them later in summer and asked if they could work on it soon. It was mid August and I wanted to ride it more this summer. I took it in on a Friday. They said theyd look at it the next day or first of next week.... nope. I called and checked in the next week. They hadnt got to it and assured me theyd call me as soon as they did. 3 weeks they had it this time AND NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT. And again, I always had to call them. They said they could look at it soon, but I didnt believe them and had to go pick it up from them. To me that is terrible customer service. I felt like they didnt care at all about my business and lied or didnt care about getting to my bike. If they had said, "hey ya know, were really backed up and prob cant look at it for a few weeks..." that would have been totally different. But they kept me on the hook week after week assuring me theyd get to it soon. And now it is Sept and I lost almost 2 months of riding in the summer because of these guys. My bike was just sitting in their shop, 4 weeks the first time, 3 weeks the second. And now summer is almost over and I dont have a bike that works, and could have taken it somewhwre else sooner if these guys had been honest with me before all this. Super frustrating experience. I never write reviews on anything, but felt compelled to for these guys. Terrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone. And I would never take my bike back there.

Two stars for the guy in charge, otherwise it would be one star. I brought my newly acquired bike in for an in depth inspection. Long story short, I was told everything was in good working order. I experienced some worrisome mechanical issues within a few days of the inspection, and took my bike to Ramsey Waite this time. They found major issues, no fuel mapping system (previous owner cheaply and incorrectly installed aftermarket exhaust), blown servo motor, broken coil, etc. So I essentially paid $100 bucks for Cascade to tell me my bike is fine when it was far from it. I couldve done that myself. The cherry on top is their unprofessional staff, terribly dirty and disorganized facilities and lazy work. Take your machines elsewhere.

I called these guys up for an emergency oil change. I was traveling from Denver to Portland. They got me right in which was awesome. Not the most talkative folks but I was paying them to work on my bike, not for their friendliness. Needless to say it cost me $87.80 for just an oil change and filter... Thats what I found to be my biggest hangup. It seemed a little steep for oil, a filter, and service. Just my opinion, but I didnt feel great about the exchange. Not great, but nothing terrible to report either. Im guessing if youre from Eugene and get to know the guys, and they get to know you and your bike, this place would be a great place to go.

My family has been dealing with these guys for years buying parts from them. What they dont have they order quickly. They dont make you feel like an idiot when you dont know what you are talking about (I am just the parts runner and dont always know what I am after or what it;s for). After a few visits they remember you and the atc that you have,( honda 3 wheelers for us) ; they are very helpful with info and dont mind giving you prices even if you arent buying that day. Prices are usually the best in town!

Just had my Honda serviced. Hrly rate 60$ They installed my starter motor and had my bike out the next day. Fast turn around, bike ran great. I did a second unrelated repair, Perhaps they couldve diagnosed a little more in depth as later they had me replace my rectifier, to find I needed to replace my stator. Wasnt a horrible mistake but wouldve been nice to know where things were headed. Still would recommend. especially considering the price of repairs in the area.

I gave these guys my bike, expecting a decently quick run around. I didnt receive my bike back for six weeks. I had to repeatedly call for informative on my vehicle, only to be given the run-around each time. After finally being given my vehicle back, it died the very next day (after an I stringy expensive final bill). Do not trust these people with your money or your bike!

Ive had a few bikes in the past 10 years. Theyre on a property in Northern California. Ive tried shops down there and in eugene and in between. And theyve been by far the best shop. Once I found Cascade I dont go anywhere else--I haul them up here to Cascade. Dave, Mike, and Mason are honest, knowledgeable, and good guys.

I hate to say this but Ill never go back to them I ordered a little flange part for $2.98 they never called me so I went in and he told me it would be $2 more and I havent heard back from them so I said screw it so I went to Ramsey Waite ordered the same part it was a dollar more but at least I got my part

Called to get my tires changed and unfortunately due to the fact that i purchased these tires at another shop they told me they wouldnt help me and that I could buy tires from them and then theyd change em no problem... yea i wont ever be calling these guys again.

I came to Cascade with an issue on my 86 Shadow 700 and they helped my solve it and made sure I had the right parts. Great place, I cannot recommend them enough!
