Staff is always friendly and seem very knowledgeable. One evening myself and several other pedestrians were oggling the cute kitties up for adoption in the window and they actually opened back up (they were closed for the night) to let us in so we could see the kitties up close and personal. Very interested in being a part of the neighborhood and involved in the community.

Great store! I love the Owner and the Staff - great folk who know their stuff and the carry great food, treats, toys and equipment. I get Lotus food here and I love it so they carry it, its close and they are never out of stock. Even adopted a cat from the Shelter here and he is gone now but was a sweet boy. Come check it out for yourself!

Our cat needs an odd brand of food. They are nice about helping us and ordering. Pleasant and helpful people who obviously like animals. We drive a little extra to go here.
