The sales guy was nice, but he sold me a car that was not worth what I paid. The physical car is in good shape, BUT mechanically the car is horrific. I had to change my tires, my shocks, my spark plugs, my thermostat, my belts, my O2 sensor and change the oil because it was not changed for a while. If you end up purchasing a car from him have a mechanic come out and look at it. I asked if i could take it somewhere to get it mechanically checked and he said no. From what I understand he is legally supposed to say yes and allow a mechanic to check it out. He also sold me a car making me think that the Aux cord was working, but nope...definitely not working. Also! There are absolutely no head rests for any of my seats in the back row. And his response was oh I dont know where they are. Terrible terrible place. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from this guy.

No haggling necessary!! If youre looking for an honest deal, this is the place to go. Very happy with my experience at NW Elite Auto Sales! The place is extremely clean and well cared for. The cars are immaculate. In my experience, most used car dealers burn and turn cars like nobodys business. They play games and jack up the prices so you have to work them down to a decent price. Half the time cars dont run as well as theyre said to. Not here!! Mark only buys well maintained, quality vehicles and he knows the value of his cars and prices them as such. The car I purchased (2008 Sonata) was in pristine condition, one owner and was priced slightly under kbb suggested price. I felt no need to even try to talk him down in price because it was obvious the car was well loved, well maintained and well worth the asking price.

After two weeks of looking for a decent pre-owned vehicle I was ready to give up when I ran across an ad on Craigslist for NW Elite Auto. Wow am I ever glad I gave Mark a call! Finally a smaller dealer with a clean and shiny indoor showroom and super nice clean cars. Mark is a stand up guy who doesnt pressure you to buy a car. Took out a Volvo for a half hour test drive then looked at a sweet Audi and ended up with a great deal on a VVW Jetta wagon for the wife. That was almost a month ago and the car has been excellent. I now have a dealer I can trust and Ill be back later this fall to get a nice Audi or BMW for myself. So glad I found NW Elite Auto. Give Mark a call, you wont be sorry.
