I am very happy to write about my experience with this dealership My husband & I went into the dealership looking for a Ford Focus Hatchback and were greeted by a wonderful salesman, Steven Stewart. We drove a Focus and a Mustang but left to look at another brand vehicle. Steven called us the next morning and told us about a special leasing on Fusions and we returned the next day. There was a selection of Fusions to choose from and we purchased one in the "SE" trim that we were both very happy with. Our experience with this dealership was unlike my past experiences with car dealerships. Steven worked hard to get the monthly payment down. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and showed and explained the features with patience and easy to understand. We are very happy and the overall experience was pleasant and stress free. We will definitely come back to Henry Curtis Ford again and highly recommend this car dealership. They are also affiliated with the Costco buying program!

I have bought a two different cars from Henry Curtis Ford is probably the best ford dealer in the bay area. Ive been a customer for 4 years. I recommend the salesman Jorge, because throughout the process in making the deal for my car, he makes sure that you are happy with the deal and the purchase before anything and is a very nice guy. Offered us food and water while we were making the deal, and making a deal on any car is stressful, he made it less stressful by adding his humor to the deal to make us laugh. We came into the dealer stressed out because car we had before was broken down on us and we needed a new car, and we left the dealer very satisfied and happy. Also with the maintenance of the car, Jorge is always there to help us and make sure we get taken care of. I recommend Henry Curtis Ford to anyone lookin to get into a new car and save $$ and be satisfied with their sales. They have the best deals Available and Jorge (salesman) is the one to go to.

I purchased my 2015 F-150 a bit more than a year ago and after 12,000 miles, I am very happy and satisfied with it. Unlike my previous pick-up, the F-150 is very quiet, smooth, and handles well, plus it carries a substantial payload. The aluminum bed was an initial concern, but my fears were without foundation--it has held up better perhaps than my old trucks steel bed and looks better after hauling a lot of gravel, dirt, bricks, rocks, tree prunings, compost, manure, and other materials that would result in unsightly scratches and marks. I bought a bare-bone model, one that did not include the back-up camera. That is my one regret--I have difficulty judging distances when backing up. I did not get the camera because it meant paying a couple thousand more for the upgrade package, most features of which I had no need. I strongly feel that ALL new vehicles should come with standard back-up cameras. In summary, I am very happy with my F-150

After test driving similar SUV vehicles we chose the Explorer Platinum Edition for A variety of reasons. To be fair, all vehicles we tested were equally as nice as the Explorer. The deciding factor was the great personal service we received from NICK and the staff At Henry Curtis Ford. Nick was professional and truth be told, was not interested in simply Selling us the car unless the terms were right for us, and they were. A few months ago, NICK and the folks at Henry Curtis Ford did a great job helping My son get into a great 2014 F150. They helped him get out of a situation with his BMW Where he was over under and got him into the F150 with a situation he could afford And live with. It seems that they consider your situations and concerns as a person rather Than just trying to force you into a car for their success. Kudos to them for that.

We bought our 16 Focus Titanium in February of this year & do not regret a moment! When we went in it was close to closing time & we were just looking. Amber came out, she asked a few questions & found out we already had done our research & pretty much knew what we wanted but just wanted to see it up close & get a better idea of how it looked. She showed us the car that were were checking out & offered a test drive. I drove it out the lot & fell in love with it before we got to the lights at Dennys. By the time we got back to the lot I knew this was the car I wanted. Brian & I talked about it & it was decided. By the time we left we had all the paperwork taken care of & I got to drive home in the best car Ive ever had. I have & will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

We have bought three cars with your dearler ship. First two with Josh( dont remember his last name and this one with William Hurt. I also have been taking our tech there for the last five years for service. Joe is my service contact and I could not ask a better person to deal with. I have one problem with this purchase. The wrench light keeps coming on. I am taking it in tomorrow sept20 to have it looked at. I am hoping that it is not a big deal and just something minor. I really like this car! I am also hoping that what ever it is that your company will pick up the tab. It was bought this vehicle " as is " but I did that in good faith that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Been in touch with Josie for about a week and a half in regards to a truck they had advertised on line. She was quick to respond and we set an appointment to come check out the truck. Mind you Im over 2 hours away and she confirmed my appointment this morning at 630 am saying the truck would be ready. Well right before I get there a salesperson Ariel calls me to sat they just sold the truck this morning...so what a waist of time and how unprofessional to say they had something saved and yet its gone after I drove over 2 hours to get there. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as per the reviews this is not the first time this has happened.

I went here to look at 2 cars. The first car had a scuffed rim (like from an accident) and scratched paint. The second car had an overwhelming stench of cigarettes. With further investigation there were cigeratte burns in the interior by the roof and visor. Both where not cars to buy from a dealership. And they were not even willing to lower price! Found a better vehicle for way lower than what they were offering. Overall, the quality of vehicles and service was unsatisfactory.

Anton with Henry Curtis Ford was the best salesman I talked to the day I bought my 2013 Ford Focus. There were other salesmen I talked to and they werent half as read up on their cars as Anton was. He knew all the specs and managed to get me the best deal imaginable for a certified used car. And their finance specialist, Casey, got me the best rates for an auto loan. Definitely going to refer people to them!! Loved my experience!
